Dr. Raphael, a native of Syracuse, NY, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and fellowship-trained Dermatologic Surgeon. I had a wonderful experience at Empire Dermatology. Everyone I was in contact with was polite, listened to what I had to say and, overall, was pleasant. My dermatologist was exceptionally great - very knowledgeable, understood my concerns and was very thorough. She even gave me good ideas of what to do/use to improve some worsening conditions that no one elsewhere could suggest. I went with her advice and they worked! I'm very thankful for her.

I truly appreciate the friendliness, kindness, patience and punctuality of the Empire staff. I am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. They are very good about keeping a schedule yet they take their time explaining procedures and findings. I recently had my Dad there, 90 years old, and you were great with him. He was very at ease because of the treatment received. I would recommend Empire to anyone, any age, searching for a dermatology office.

From procedure performed to after care, I could not ask for a more professional & compassionate practice. The environment is clean & the atmosphere pleasant while you wait. Someone is available 24/7 to answer concerns. Dr. Raphael personally called the day after procedure to follow up; if I had any questions & reviewed aftercare instructions.
In my experience, this is as rare as a leprechaun or unicorn sighting!
It's been 2 weeks since my procedure & my opinion has not changed as I'm well & healing beautifully.

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, which is very important when it's for your 94 year old Father. They always take great care of him. Only complaint would be having to wait quite a while before and in between the nurse and seeing the doctor. My Dad gets aggravated at the length of time he's left just sitting on the exam table. Otherwise, we couldn't ask for a nicer wiser group of people. Both Fulton and DeWitt offices have helped him with issues other Dermatologists simply couldn't figure out. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Everyone I spoke to in this office was extremely friendly, they made the process really easy - from a new patient appointment, checking in, the actual appointment, and checking out. It was a very past and smooth transition. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Ash is wonderful and explains things so a normal person like me understands! 5 star rating!

I have nothing but great things to say about Empire Dermatology. Each visit has been seamless; from the front desk, to support staff, and Dr. Tracy herself is the best. I have heard horror stories about finding a great dermatologist but I feel lucky to have found such a competent & personable one! I have recommended this practice to friends and family.

I was looking for a new dermatologist and found this place. And boy am I happy I did. The staff was beyond friendly- happy to answer any question and just generally in a happy mood, which you could feel being passed throughout the office from staff to patients.
The office itself was clean and modern, plenty of chairs to wait in but the wait time wasn't long at all, maybe 5 minutes. Upon seeing Dr. Tracey I knew I found a great place. She too was kind, friendly and listened to what you had to say and did a thorough examination.
