I was really impressed with the personal "over the desk" way of doing business at this agency...you dont find that much anymore. Marcus Anderson was friendly and knowledgeable about his product, I'll be suggesting these guys to all my fam/frnds...and he just saved me $55 a month covering two drivers on three vehicles!!..:)

I have worked with State Farm Insurance Agent John Hall's office to service my renter's insurance policies across 3 different apartment communities in the DFW area for approximately the past 8 years. Every time I contact the office with a question or to make changes to my policy, I'm never made to feel pressured into making a decision that I am not comfortable with. Everyone in this office is so kind and genuine and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my insurance needs are met. Demarcus was so helpful with setting up my car insurance and really responsive and friendly! He kept me up to date on the process of my insurance and explained each step in detail. I’m so happy with the service I received and I highly recommend Demarcus and the people who work at this State Farm location!

Great customer service, Santiago Sanchez made my life much easier. one of the few times commercials and real life experience lined up. Frankly, was having a terrible day and he made (what I was expecting to be an additional to my list for the day) a really efficient and effective experience. Might sound cheesy but being in customer service myself, I have a pretty high bar and rarely take the time to leave reviews (pos or neg) and felt compelled to share how grateful I was. Highly recommend if you're looking for an Agent

This review is of agent Amanda Morton... She downloaded and sent the wrong year's policy and ignored an email request for the correct policy. She also doesn't know how to edit PDFs. I had to call and request the correct policy, and she did not apologize for her mistake and the inconvenience she's caused.
She wasn't acting as an agent but more like an incompetent middleman.

Initially became a customer in early 2017 after having been with Nationwide for several years. After shopping many different insurance carriers, I picked State Farm and was communicating with two different offices regarding the new policy. I should have trusted my instincts regarding the immature and unprofessional nature of the communication with a representative of this agency and went with the other State Farm agent I was considering, but I fell for the bait. These guys are great. They really feel more like friends than anything. Very professional, I always get them on the phone when I need them. They set reasonable expectations and are accountable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a State Farm Agent.

Have been with State Farm for 8+ years and switched to John Hall about a year ago, and both John and his salesperson, Blake Menn, have been the best agents/salespeople that I have yet to use. Great customer service and vast knowledge of the insurance business. Also, cheapest quote I received from other insurance companies. You will not be disappointed!
