Chris is one of the hardest working and knowledgeable agents in the industry! He’s a blessing to work with and excellent negotiator- I’ve personally seen him (on several occasions) get all of the closing costs covered by the seller and when the appraisal came in; it was over the agreed on Purchase Price!

Chris was a great agent to work with. This was my first home buying experience, so of course I had many questions about the process, and he was right there every step of the way. He fights for his clients and knows the local market to give accurate advice. He took me to see multiple properties and submitted several offers for me and gave me good… advice on what I could realistically ask for and expect to receive. My lender on this deal was a little messy, but Chris was patient the whole time and right there when anything was needed. I hope to buy several more properties in the coming years
