I went in....I found a bike that I wanted..it was an all matte black origin8 fixie...we put on glow grips and glow pedals...a seat bag and bottle cage..a cushy seat...lights...and I rolled out awesome...I went to the mall to buy a single...bamboo washcloth from then Ulta...now..laser tag...I got out my wallet at the bike rack in back...I got everything ready...I went in..came out...and it was gone...turns out when I got out my wallet I forgot to get out my key and lock the bike up..thieves? Just big fans of me and my awesome bike...they started a cult where they sit around the bike and worship

This bike store is the best. I bought a beat up40 year old bike into the shop on a Friday was told they would call me with an estimate. I did not expect much. I was called the same day, told it was ready and I was absolutley thrilled when I got the bill. Rode the bike today it is wonderful. Thank you

Was in NC on vacation when I got a flat and realized I hadn't brought my flat kit with me. Took my bike here to get the flat repaired and, unfortunately, after the first trip the tire went flat again after I had gotten back to where we were staying. Called them up the next day and brought the bike where they identified the problem and fixed it at no charge sub the first repair didn't work. Excellent customer service and, while I was not there to shop, had an excellent selection of bikes and gear to browse through. If I lived in this area, this would definitely be my go to bike shop.

I had it in on an early Saturday. I was immediately greeted, and started to ask a myriad of questions as I looked for a road bike. I have been mountain biking for six months, but I've recently gotten into triathlons, and needed some professional help in deciding what to buy. The business has mostly specialized bikes, and that was a little disappointing, but at the same time they had a broad spectrum Of models. Great experience! Walked in here toying with the idea of picking up a bike for the first time. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was asked if I needed any assistance. After that short interaction I knew they were going to get my business.
Fast forward past a long conversation of what type of bike I wanted and for the type of activity. After a couple options, a lot of back and forth on how much I should spend I finally pulled the trigger. I ended up paying alittle more than the budget called for but I knew if I was going to stick to this hobby I wouldn't need any upgrades or modifications

I've had the bike I bought here for over a year. Whenever I go in, to buy accessories or get a tune up, I've had stellar service. My bike has served as a commuter vehicle for me as well as recreational. They've also done great work on my step son's bike (purchased elsewhere), when his brakes were having issues. Repair prices are reasonable and the bikes and accessories they sell are high quality and built to last.

This was my first time buying a road bike. I checked out 4 different shops and did a lot of research for a Specialized bike and Bicycle Gallery offered the same price as the other stores (MSRP), but the fitting was free (a store in Wilmington was going to charge $200), free service for a year, a lifetime warranty on the frame of the bike, all accessories installed and the staff (Jeff) was awesome. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the merchandise - from the bikes to the water bottle holders and computers. I appreciated that he informed me of my options without making me feel pressured in

These guys are the best. They give personalized service that is second-to-none. Shawn and the crew will do whatever it takes to get and keep you riding. They work actively in the community to promote cycling. From group rides to open house events to local race/event support they do it all. Now that I have moved out of the area I get frustrated dealing with the local bike shops in my area, because they just cannot live up to the service I received from The Bicycle Gallery.

Great shop with fantastic customer service. I wanted to buy a bike for my son's birthday. The staff went the extra mile to ensure we made the right choice for him. The bike we wanted wasn't on the floor, they assembled it then delivered it to my home. They made the day! I can't say thank you enough!

This is a top notch bike shop. Being a Marine and having been to shops all over the country this place rates up there with the friendliest and most helpful place I have been. The mechanic Joseph is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to do the repairs on my bike while I waited. The shop managers answered all of my questions and made me feel at right at home. I would highly recommend this place and will be continuing to go there whenever I need parts or service for my bike.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Whatever you need they seem to have it. Though I have never participated, I like how they do group bike rides. It extends the relationship between owner and customer. Going into a bicycle shop like this filled with pricey high-end bicycles can be intimidating for a first time shopper looking to get into cycling but they make you feel like a friend. Very patient with all your questions is a big plus.

Awesome service. Shawn, Joe & the gang are knowledgable and helpful. They were great helping with some warranty work on my bike. The shop has everything. Thier group rides are great too! Need a hand with your bike on the ride? Boom, done, by one of these guys. Shops like this are why we all should support our Local Bike Shop!
