I waited four years for a settlement of my case, and now that the case is settled I have not received the agreed portion of the settlement.Everytime I called the office to find out about my check I am told that checks are sent out on Friday, and they will contact me,so far no one has contacted me with details on when I will receive my settlement.All I want is a courtesy call, and to be treated like a client.

If I could give Mr. Ellis a negative score it would be the worst score possible. I have worked in the legal field for 8 years, then I moved onto bigger and better things. So I know the in's and out's of legal tactics that attorneys use to inflate attorney invoices.
Mr. Ellis is a nasty bitter man and support staff are "in house authorized"… unofficial attorneys labeled as case managers, that will give you legal advice without being a BAR certified attorney and the charge you $600 an hour for the services.
