At S. Albert Glass Company Emergency Service is our specialty. We know that no one plans for windows to break, that's why we offer 24-hour emergency glass repair service. Call us anytime 24/7 - Weekends, Nights, & Even holidays. When possible, we'll repair the window or door glass right then and there.
Our S. Albert Glass Specialist will measure the size and thickness of the glass panel, help you identify the manufacturer. The window specialist will estimate the price of new glass and also tell you the cost to install it in the old frame. Not a fan, they do actually have a few good employees. Including the install crew. But either management needs to change or the way they do things. Glass was measured to the wrong dimensions. Which normally isn't a big deal but it was a minimum of a 5 week turn around each time. Which again I have no problem with, I get it, back log, manufacturing etc. It was the fact I had to call and hound them over and over again to figure out when the install was going to be scheduled. Also to figure out where the glass was. Basically a 5-6 week process took almost 6 months. It got a little out of hand towards

Great experience! I manage a business in PG county and due to high winds our front office door blew open and shattered the glass. I called S Albert Glass and they had a person here in one hour, cut the glass on site, and got our door fixed. Their office communicated well and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely recommend using these guys again.

Had an emergency where my buisness store front was broken on a sunday morning needed help right away. Googled and called the first two no answer.the third place was alberts they came out immediately boarded up the window. The price to just board the window was steep but it had to be done.any how it took about a month to get it done,they do not talk to the insurance companys so be aware of that. All in all the people I spoke with on the phone were really sweet and helpful. Unfortunately the day they installed the window all the customer service went out the window.
