If you are also a Subie lover and do care about your time and car, please please please avoid this terrible auto shop in town, they always tell you there is an available slot for repair, and they named themselves as a Subaru certified body shop (I have complained and revert the issue to Subaru America and they are still investigating the case). Do NOT save that little time or money and go for this place. It is a scam place, and once you are trapped, it takes you over a half year or longer for a simple job to be done. From what I’ve heard this is one of the best shops in town. But a pain when trying to get updates. After assurances I would receive calls back, 3 different times, even from the general manager, Johnny, it never occurred. Be ready to be the one reaching out if you want any updates. After being told my car will be ready the next day, it turns out there’s still more parts being waited on. I never minded how long it takes but expect to be communicated with.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! POOR QUALITY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT PROFESSIONAL GRADE! Take your vehicle to the dealership where you can get your vehicle done correctly & professionally! Pete did the “estimate” & did not take ANY NOTES when we talked about the damage. He did not report to insurance co what I stated at time of consultation. Now the insurance wants me to take the car in at my EXPENSE! Because they failed to do the job right. Avoid the headache! My fender was NOT put back correctly, it’s NOT flushed with my hood & you can see the fender is not tucked behind the light correctly

I just love this place! V&V were recommended by my Progressive car insurance provider, but I would not recommend them to anyone who needs car body repairs. These people are very professional, considerate, and attentive, and the place is spotless. The V&V consultant will keep me informed about the situation through phone calls and text messages until my car is ready for me to pick it up.

I was involved in a minor car accident and my insurance recommend several places including this one. I went with them based on other reviews and also they are located near my home. They did a great job fixing it and they did it in a timely manner. I received emails and phone calls as well with updates. If your insurance recommends them I say go with them, you won't be dissappointed.

The whole staff is amazing!!! They have done aluminum work on a F150 for my Dad, repaired a work truck for my business and today fixed a pretty good scratch on my daughters brand new car right before she leaves for college!!! They always go above and beyond! Highly recommend them. They are multi generation owned business and also being in a business like that, I think that is the best!! You will not be disappointed!!

Couldn't have had a better experience than I had bringing the 1st brand new car that I've ever purchased to V & V for body work! My brand new Subaru Outback was backed into at a Graduation party a week and a half after I bought it. This is the rear vent window I needed repaired. I was quoted an estimate of $2000 for work that should’ve been no more than $300. I was told they took the vehicle apart and could not reverse the work until my claim’s adjuster spoke to them. I suggest if you are a female by yourself, go to any other shop.

The car rep kept me informed all the way and offered me a low cost upgrade as an option. The work was excellent and fast. Another day, another ding.....lol. Some dingbat construction workers misplaced a barrel lining road and I was forced to sideswipe it or get into an accident. That left some pretty knarly scratches on my front fender. I took it to V&V today for an estimate. Jonathan was nice enough to inspect the damage and told me it probably only needed buffing - sure enough, they were able to work it out with buffing and a little touch up and wax...... PERFECT - like it never even happened! Again, another happy experience and they have a loyal customer. WINNER!!!

This place is legitimate and respectively deserves the business it can get.
Took my car in to repair a pretty large rear bumper scratch and about a 2x2 puncture. I can firmly say they did a damn good job and looks like new. The car was even washed for pickup.
In all, the timeframe from drop-off to pick-up was reasonable, as was the price. I'd definitely recommend these guys and their business.

Allstate recommended these guys an said they would guarantee all the work as long as i own the car. Had a front end collision. These guys did a Great job!! Paint is emaculate. Pearlwhite. Jonathon called me throughout the whole process up until car was painted n prepped.Awesome service, and returned my car back to me fully detailed!!
