Had my front bumper worked on after someone swiped it. Small damage and I wasn’t expecting to pay a lot. I received a quote from them after they inspected for damages and was told there were some rock chips that they would need to work on to prevent paint from being warped; they included that in the quote. After I dropped my car off, a couple days later I was notified that they found addition rock chips and increased the price by $150. It was sketchy because I find it hard to believe you can find additional rock chips out of nowhere. I was in vacation so I couldn’t really say no and be without

I’ve been needing to write this review for a while. They were absolutely amazing. I had my A/C break as soon as the summer started, so in Houston that is a big problem. Finding a trustworthy car maintenance group that wouldn’t overcharge is so hard, but I got really lucky in finding J&J. I highly recommend them in not only their trustworthiness, but their general car repair and maintenance.

The folks were straightforward and friendly to work with, met my timing requirements and came in right on their estimate - which was the lowest I’d received. I have had such a horrible week in between my father dying, dealing with pregnancy, and on top of it all I had a hit and run. I drove to the establishment crying unsure of the expenses and how I was going to afford repairs. My A/C condenser needed to be replaced and I also needed new brakes and rotors and oil change. They were able to diagnose and fix all of these problems in four hours. They charged me a lot less than two other shops I tried and did it much faster than expected. I have had the car for over a month since then and no complications so far. I’d easily choose them again!

Hello Everyone, I reached out to JJ autobody based on incredible reviews on Facebook, Yelp, Reddit and Google on 7/15/2021 to get an estimate on my SUV which was rear ended by someone. I got a fair quote of $5k from the to repair. I have attached the quote and pic of my suv as it was after rear ended. When I dropped the car and even over the phone they did let me know that they can might find more stuff to fix when they disassemble it and they mentioned that it might take 30 days to repair. These guys know their stuff. And they're super friendly. They educate you as they go through their process. Jonathan is awesome. I had an issue with my transmission and he told me to bring it to my dealer and how it would be covered under their warranty. Saving me a ton of time and money. We just brought my girlfriend's car in and the lady in the front helped us and she was just as hospitable. I'm not taking my car anywhere else. My car began overheating and I couldn't see what the issue was. This place happened to be nearby and we barely made it there.
Right when we got there, Jonathan helped us out. This guy was able to diagnose the issue while explaining everything to me; what signs he's looking for and why. They didnt try to convince me that I needed "emergency" repairs before my trip but pointed out some things I should take care of pretty soon. They were reasonable suggestions (the vehicle is 13 years old) and they gave me quotes that were in line with what I would have expected. A new 2019 Tundra and I hit the side of the garage.
Jimmy, the owner, ordered a new siding to replace the dented one. The total cost was going to be $3,300.
His dent repair employee took a look at the truck and asked Jimmy for a chance to salvage the current panel.
The photos will tell you if it worked. Hard to put into words. It looks like a new panel. I drove up the morning it was ready, detailed and glossy like the day it came from the dealer.
Here's the kicker. I never would have known that wasn't a new panel. He could have charged me that full amount and I would have nodded

I had purchased a 2018 tundra last year and on my way home from the dealership I was struck by a driver who failed to stop at the red light when making a right turn, damaging the left side passenger door with dents and scratches all the way to the left quarter panel. I cannot recommend this auto shop enough! Everyone was so kind and pleasant to work with. Most importantly they were honest. This is a big deal, as I am a young woman in my 20's and they could have easily taken advantage of that, but they didn't.
Before I initially dropped my car off to be fixed, I actually had a minor incident that they took care of on the spot, once again great service! My car was fixed in a timely manner and it looked as good as new when I got it back. I will definitely be returning if I ever need work done again.
