Floor cleaning for commercial or residential property when the basic cleaning techniques do not suffice. MicroGuard AD708 tile sealant protects tile, stone, terrazzo and other hard surfaces from environmental wear. ETS 180 floor sealant is a high-gloss water-based finish with low maintenance and microbial and infection control.
We use a state of the art, next generation cleaning machine that is primarily used for all indoor and outdoor floor cleaning, which includes tile and grout, terrazzo, VCT, granite, natural stone, travertine, concrete, and other hard surfaces. We can perform floor cleaning for both residential and commercial clientele.
After professionaly cleaning your tile and grout, we use MicroGuard AD708 Hard Tile Clear Gloss Treatment, which is a hard tile clear gloss finish that protects tile, stone, terrazzo and other hard surfaces from environmental wear.
This coating bonds with the floor surface at a molecular level to provide strength, durability and wear resistance, resulting in the elimination of odors caused by an accumulation of oils, grime, dirt, urine, mold and other undesirable substances.The entire floor is completely cleaned and sealeed, resulting in a beautiful finish which protects from future accumulations of dirt, oils, mold, bacteria, and other undesireable substances and odors.
