Heart, Hands, and Mind believes that children must have a heart-felt meaning and use their hands to create and construct, in order for their minds to learn and understand! To provide children the opportunity to learn to socialize with one another: through independent or guided activities. To provide activities that foster creativity, thinking skills, decision making, small and large motor skills, and independence.
Services
Our age and developmentally appropriate curriculum is a companion program to the curriculum used by the Malone Elementary Kindergarten teachers. We feel confident that the children from Heart, Hands and Mind will be prepared and ready to move onto kindergarten. Our on-site cook will use the new food guide pyramid to prepare our healthy, homemade menu.
A $12 late fee will be added to your account if tuition is not paid on Monday of each week. Heart, Hands, and Mind is also a proud participant in education for the Prescott School District 4 Year Old Kindergarten program. The programs mission is to provide every four-year-old in the community with the opportunity to receive a developmentally appropriate learning experience in a quality group setting.

I cannot say enough good things about this childcare center or about the women who work here. It is clear that they genuinely love and care about the children and their well-being.
I was so worried at first bringing my two precious babies to a daycare center, and after the first day I was so relieved at how loving and welcoming the teachers were. My children have been going here for only a year now and they have grown and learned so much already.
I can honestly say that my 3 yr old would not know half of the things he has learned had he not went to this center. These women are rockstar's and

I’ve worked at HHM for well over a year now and I think I can speak on behalf of all teachers at HHM that we are the most passionate people when it comes to children and families that walk through our doors. We keep the children’s best interests in mind and prepare age-appropriate activities on a daily basis to keep their minds and hands busy. I love coming into an environment where we can laugh and sing and dance each and every day, and it rarely feels like work! We teachers treat each child with the most love and respect, and create an environment that is open and friendly to all.

We love Heart, Hands, and Mind Daycare! The care my child receives is excellent. All of the teachers care about him, and they have all of the children's best interests in mind at all times. The teachers help with development, and do fun art work with the kids, which are wonderful keepsakes. HHM made going back to work after my maternity leave a lot easier because they are so good at what they do.

Many concerns at this center - I was fired as a Lead teacher from the center because I had mentioned to licensing a few of my concerns. For example, their outdoor landscape is made up of tiny little rocks. The toddlers are always playing in them and putting them in their mouths. Medical records of employees and of the children are not obtained. Also, there is no security as you walk into the center. Any person can just walk in without even having a child attending there. The infant room is the first room you see as you enter. I expressed my concerns to licensing for the safety of the children.
