The short answer? Because we care. We're always there for you, willing to answer your questions about your medication record, dosages, and possible side effects or interactions. We also dispense your medication, inform you of how to take your medication, accept most major insurance plans, and answer all questions related to your prescription and medical conditions.
And if you're too busy to make in the door, just call us and ask about our delivery plans. We're here to make your medications easier, not harder. Our team does more than you fill your medication, at our pharmacy we provide services and products to our patients in a manner that maximizes our patients' health and communities welfare.

Services
You mean everything to us. We may be a small pharmacy tucked into the heart of BYU Cougar Country, but we're more than that. To us, you're more than another sales number. We know that your prescriptions can mean life or death, comfort or pain, health or illness. Just taking them can be stressful, picking them up shouldn't be any more stressful.
We're a full-service pharmacy and drug store, servicing the Provo area. Not only do we fill prescriptions, but we also provide a host of other services and over the counter medication to fulfill all of your needs. Just swing by and see what we can help you with. We're locate inside the BYU Student Health Center, but don't be confused, you don't have to be a BYU student to enjoy our services.

The staff (of the pharmacy, not the conjoined BYU health center) were unprofessional. They were unmasked, and sorted out medication with bare hands. Regardless of the current pandemic or the likelihood of someone getting an infection due to a pharmacist touching medication, it is not considerate to patients (some of whom likely have severe anxiety about these types of things) for a medical professional to act in this manner. The customers were more considerate to each other than you were to them.
You're being paid; act like it.

Claims they’re separate from the University, yet they still close for the campus-wide devotional every Tuesday from 11-12 which is extremely frustrating. Also closed on the weekends?? Saturdays and Sundays are sometimes the only time people have to run errands, and if you forget on Friday you’re out of luck until Monday.

How hard is it to put some pills in a container and give it to me, especially when I call hours ahead to get everything refilled. I show up and they aren't even busy and I end up waiting over 30 min. People were walking in, not having called in ahead of time and being helped faster than I was. Very terrible customer service.

We are consistently disappointed with this pharmacy. On multiple separate occasions, we have called to ask about the availability of our prescription and come on the day they said it would be available. After arriving and checking in on the day they told us to come, we have had to wait about 30 minutes (on multiple separate occasions) only to have the staff tell us the prescription is not ready.
*Also, they used to incentivize Google reviews with candy at the office, so most reviews are likely biased in my opinion.

I do appreciate the ease and speed of going to Oak Hills, but today was a terrible experience and I don’t plan on returning. One of the pharmacy techs was bothered because I didn’t know the exact name of the medication that was prescribed to me that day. The other one of was not wearing a mask or gloves while filling my prescription even though the BYU Health Center currently requires masks inside the building as of May 2021. The pharmacy technician who was not wearing a mask was just as angry as the other and shoved my medicine at me. I don’t plan on returning simply because I’d rather

Worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had. While getting my birth control prescription transferred to the BYU pharmacy due to a mishap in delivery via the company I go through, I have been extremely disappointed in the service at the BYU Health Center. Usually, I am charged nothing for my prescription because of our BYU health insurance, however, to pick up my prescription, it’s costing me 20$. They sent me a text asking when I would like to pick up my prescription and I responded with, “Tomorrow morning at 10.” Then, they let me know that their pharmacy will be opening later than 10 tomorrow
