I had to fill a prescription for a infant here, and I called to make a profile since it was my first time..call went well and was told I could come in that night to get the medicine (Monday) well we called to get the name of the medication for a coupon and learned that it’s a Compound medication and they only make those on Tuesday. Which is fine…but I was a little annoyed I was told I could come in that night.
Tuesday, I call in the morning triple checking the medication is ready and they said it would be ready after 4pm, great.
I get there close to 4:40 and it is busy! The girl checking

I’ve been reading all the reviews for CV Pharmacy and I don’t disagree with any of them. So close to home that I could literally ride my bike there without breaking a sweat. So friendly and helpful. It took a long time for them to accept my insurance, though it was completely the fault of my insurance company. Once they did, they contacted me personally to inform me. Saves time, saves gas, and establishes the beginning of a long term relationship with my home town pharmacy. They will always be my first choice.

My family has been going to Cedar Valley Pharmacy for a few years now and they’ve been so happy with the kind service that they offer. I admit that I wish they had later hours on nights and weekends, though I can’t blame them for having some semblance of a work/life balance. My family will be going to CVP for likely the rest of our lives.

At first, when my wife said we were switch pharmacies because she found a better one, I was hesitant because a pharmacy is a pharmacy. You just drop of the prescription and then pick it up. Well...I was wrong! This place is amazing! Chase, the main pharmacist, is amazing! He takes time to answer questions and goes above and beyond like crazy! He wants to make sure we are getting the best deals from our prescriptions. He loved me to some generics as soon as they were available and saved me on my copays. He also is very friendly and remembers our names. We won't be switching pharmacies anytime

When I was young, I remember going with my mom to the local pharmacy. It was always a fun experience because they knew us by name and visited like we were longtime friends. At Cedar Valley Pharmacy, this same service is back! Chase and all the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They are willing to get what they might not have for you and accommodate you in any way they possibly can! They go over and beyond to make your pharmacy experience an easy one. I'm thankful they decided to land in Eagle Mountain! Give them a try, I guarantee you won't ever want to switch pharmacy's again

We went through the drive up to see if they had a certain prescription for my chronically ill adult daughter. Chase was very kind... they unfortunately didn't have the prescription at that time but he took my daughters number and communicated well with her about what she needed and what needed to be ordered. I didn't know this but they are affiliated with Taylor drug in AMERICAN Fork and we loved them when we lived in AF. I will be goin back to look though their cute store
