They've been doing my taxes for 4 years now, and they have managed to save me a lot. Had I done my own taxes as I interpreted the tax instructions to do, I would have paid hundreds to thousands more in taxes because I did not understand the tax code and the available loopholes. I recommend them.

We live overseas and have been using Randall's Tax Samaritan services for many years now. I highly recommend Tax Samaritan. The online platform is easy to use. I upload our information (some is on file from previous years, so I don't need to re-submit that info) and we get a Draft Return to review. Questions are answered quickly. Simple, easy, stress-free, done. Big sigh of relief. One less thing for me to worry about, especially being overseas during COVID.

Tax Samaritan has helped us file our taxes for the past five years as we have lived in Germany, Kansas, and currently in Oregon. Always had excellent communication from Randall and his team. If I had any questions or concerns always received a response within 24 hours or less. Even with the time difference in Germany was able to have great conversations to have our tax questions answered. Always done quickly and very efficiently. I had been using the same accountant for over 35 years. This past year was my first year working overseas and I needed to find an accounting firm that worked with expats and understood the regulations regarding foreign based income. Switching from an accountant whom I had dealt with for so long was a little disconcerting. I did some research and Randall B****'s Tax Samaritan firm bubbled to the top of the list for preparing my 2018 return. We have a fairly complicated return every year (Ex-Pat income, 4 investment accounts, small business) and Tax Samaritan was by far the cheapest options when I priced Ex-pat taxes. I have never had a single issue with them. I used them last year even though my return was prepared by Deloitee through my company and they managed to find about $3K in deferred savings from extra taxes we had paid previously to a foreign government.
I cannot recommend Randall enough, we will likely be customers for life.

We've lived and worked in other countries intermittently since 2009, and we also have international investments. The tax ramifications of this are dizzying and sometimes alarming. Finding TaxSamaritan and working with Randall Brody and his team has been a most excellent experience, and I am quite surprised to see any gripes about the firm. In our experience, Randall and his staff have been responsive, very knowledgeable, and totally on top of our issues. I cannot recommend Tax Samaritan highly enough.

I'm truly shocked with the bad reviews I've read!
I've always had professionals doing my Tax returns however Tax Samaritan is the only company that makes me Look for a 6th star to rate them!!
All my emails are promptly answeredand I am very satisfied with the way my Taxes are handled.

Truly hate talking or speaking about someone or something like this but if the shoe fits wear it. Hands down the worst tax preparation experience in my lifetime and top 3 worst experiences in customer service.
Tax Samaritan got me in with the promise of experienced tax professionals but from what I can tell they use the same people that get hired by H&R Block. In the beginning, I spoke to Randall Brody who did the sales portion then after I sent my $660.00 (Which to me is a lot of money) little to no communication at all.
February 1st to February 12th I uploaded documents into a platform

I've used Randall since I first moved to China in 2013. Every year since then, my tax situation has changed. I moved back to America in 2016 and I still use Randall for his exceptional service. I e-mail him throughout the year asking him various tax questions and he gets back to me within a few days. He's definitely good for expats, and for filing stateside he gets the job done as well.
