I just wanted to share my experience of stellar customer service from Esther! We were looking for short term housing (1-3 months) as we were relocating to NWA from CO. We called and talked with her, she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and find out any extra specials or extra info on short term rentals. We didn’t end up renting here as we found a house- but I wanted to give a review of the 5star service we received from her! Update: today is 9/4/2021 and we have not heard back from anyone regarding the bugs. I bet if I didn’t pay my rent on time they would have no problem contacting me ASAP! wish I could give a 0 star review. This place is awful!
My boyfriend and I have lived here since November. It started off fine, you know regular apartment life. Starting in May we starting seeing little bugs that look like roaches appearing in the kitchen and dining room. We immediately sent an email and asked if they could send pest control out to spray our apartment. We asked if they could do it while we were on vacation since

Not a good place to live... The property manager, Cathy Manes, is a tyrant. She is very rude to the residents, and the way she talks to people is uncalled for.... Rob, the Maintenance guy was AWESOME! He was very friendly, and attentive to the residents, and was on top of everything, and did it all by himself... But unfortunately he left in the beginning of April, and from what I heard, it was because Cathy didn't like the fact that he took initiative, and knew what he was doing, so she got rid of him, and I guess she was wanting an entry level Maintenance Tech. , that didn't know much

Want to pay a handsome monthly rent and be treated like dirt? Look no further. I have been here for many months now. Is my place nice? Yes. My unit is perfectly maintained and the community is beautiful. Will I renew? Absolutely not! When I moved in, there was a really nice lady at the leasing office. She was always helpful and friendly. Suddenly, this new lady joined (Jamie I believe). She was so rude and incompetent!
