Horrible move out experience.
We thought we were paying less rent but when we vacated we paid a lot more moving out charges including deposit. Move out charges are extremely high because apartments are old. Also our car got damaged twice due to Golf ball.

Worst move out experience
They charge almost 500$-2500$ when we move out other than 250$ deposit. Tenet needs to pay all wear and tear charges. Usually any management will charge for damage they charge for their poor quality appliances also.
Rents are cheaper that’s the reason lot of people rent here, while moving out you have to pay the difference .If Monica(F.R.I.E.N.D.S) stays here they will charge from her too. If still want to rent there, take every single details before you go in.

Horribly ran management. After you move out, be sure to make copies of your rental statements, if you are to pursue the purchasing of a home later. Links deletes all records of rent payments, and refuses to cooperate with lending agencies in their effort to have acknowledgement of on time rent payments. Neglectful oversight that leads to you moving into an apartment with the former tenants pubes in the bathroom, and hostile uncooperative behavior for your duration as a resident. Also, they’ll charge your deposit for replacing clean carpets, unbroken blinds, and repainting upon moving out, which

I lived here for a year before Covid hit. It’s well maintained and it has some quality amenities for its tenants. Only problem is when your living there is you might receive damage to your vehicle from the golf course thats on property.

The walls in this apartment block internet signal and mobile network signal as well. Leasing office say its COX issue and COX say its apartment issue. I dont see issue with COX because other apartment houses don’t see this issue and its rainbow curve apartments issue. I have been facing this issue since 3 months and this issue was not resolved yet. Planning to move to different apartment.

Apartments are good. Location is great. Rent is OK. Move out charges are extremely high. Could be more than your rent. They ‘ll construct a new apartment at your expense.
Some of the staff and the property manager are really rude. Manager never talks face to face. Always shouts from her office. If you ask for any help, general answer would be ‘NO’.
The maintenance team is excellent.
If you get a furnished apartment and you got some old out of life furniture (99% it’ll be the case) you’ll have to live with it till dooms day. This is the only place on the planet where the value of old
