Resource Property Management, LLC currently provides a wide range of property management services. The year was 1891 when the Antlers Hotel first opened its doors to guests seeking the relaxation and recreation of this exclusive resort on the shores of pristine Lake George. More than a century later, the grandeur and exclusivity of the original Antlers resort is vividly recreated.
Cannon Point was the first condominium complex on Lake George. You would never know by looking at it however. The buildings as well as the grounds are impeccably maintained and the landscaping and gardens are absolutely beautiful. The enormous property includes 48 condominiums as well as a turn of the 20th century Manor House.
Residents of Green Harbour luxury condominium homes enjoy all of the benefits of home ownership without any of the day to day maintenance issues. Many Green Harbour residents are year 'round while some prefer to call us their "summer home" on Lake George. Green Harbour is composed of 64 condominium units as well as 19 single-family homes.
