We have nothing but great things to say about renting from Veno Properties! The resident portal makes everything so easy! Their responsiveness to maintenence requests or any question is extremely timely. The leases are super clear and you know exactly what you can expect at move in and move out. Veno properties is the way to go for apartment searching in Albany, NY. In particular, my former apartment located on 113 Morris Street was an enjoyable experience. Ericka made my experience there worthwhile and was on top of maintenance requests to make sure that the house repairs were done in a timely manner. I love her enthusiasm and positive attitude! I can’t imagine property managed more expertly than with Veno Properties. My experience has been 100 % positive.
