The promise of Arrupe Jesuit High School is the promise of opportunity. The opportunity offered students to work for their own college preparatory, Catholic education. The opportunity offered young people to be the first in their family to attend college. The opportunity offered students to build a future that might otherwise be impossible.
Arrupe Jesuit High School is a Roman Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory school sponsored by the Jesuits of the USA Central and Southern Province. Arrupe Jesuit serves economically disadvantaged students from Denver's inner-city neighborhoods.
By enhancing the human, intellectual, and spiritual capacities of our students through a rigorous, innovative, and affordable college preparatory education, we offer hope for a brighter future to some of Denver's neediest youth. Our goal is to empower graduates who will continue their education and return as leaders in their communities.

Arrupe Jesuit makes a college preparatory education an attainable goal for families, who due to financial need, do not have the opportunity to receive a private, Catholic school education. Arrupe Jesuit serves 429 students from 381 households across 49 zip codes and 94 different feeder schools (93% of our student body is Hispanic, 2% African-American, 2% multiracial, 2% Caucasian, and 1% other).
We are thrilled to welcome five professional volunteers this school year through the Arrupe Jesuit Volunteer Program, Alum Service Corps Volunteer Program, Ignatian Volunteer Corps & Colorado Vincentian Volunteer Program!
The Alum Service Corps offers graduates of Jesuit high schools and Jesuit universities an opportunity to give back in gratitude for their Jesuit education by committing a year of service as faculty members in Jesuit middle or high schools. This year, 16 young men and women are serving at 6 Jesuit schools across the U.S. Central and Southern Province.

Arrupe Jesuit High School is dedicated to the service of families who are often overlooked, and left to struggle on the margins of society. Our school, however, is blessed by the opportunity to walk with wonderful students, and assist them in the pursuit of work that restores them to a vision of themselves that God originally intended.
