Judge Glenn Davis retired from the Superior Court and is now devoting his forty years of experience as an attorney, judge and mediator to help get disputes resolved outside of the courtroom. Dedicated to providing effective, practical and affordable dispute resolution services in family law and civil cases, in order to avoid the delay, stress and financial burden of protracted litigation.
Services
A typical mediation in a family case will take a minimum of four to five hours including preparation time. However, depending on the number and complexity of issues, mediations can extend to full days or multiple sessions as necessary by agreement of the parties. Judge Glenn Davis, during his time in private practice and on the Superior Court, acquired broad experience and expertise in family law cases.
Hourly Rate and Deposit: Judge Davis charges $250 per hour for Mediation and Arbitration services. All fees are shared equally by participating parties ($125 per hour per party) unless the parties otherwise agree. Attorneys who schedule mediation services are responsible for payment of fees by the parties.
