Child support is the amount of money that the custodial parent receives from the non custodial parent to support the minor children. The mathematical calculation for child support takes into account several factors and is calculated pursuant to Arizona's Child Support Guidelines. Child support is calculated by first determining each parent's monthly gross income or capacity to earn income.

Had a legal question regarding the possiblity of suing my Landlord as the building's pool where I live flooded my apartment. Tom Levall gave me honest advice, spent a significant amount of time educating me and I really appreciate it. His attitude is akin to that of a friend or neighbor versus that of the slimey attorney stereotype who is merely out for money.

Londa is simply amazing. I first came to her 2 1/2 years ago and she has become more of a friend than an attorney. She answered all of my questions and told me all of my options. She didn't sugar coat anything- she was very upfront and honest with me. There was domestic violence history in my case and she did everything possible to make sure that my child was protected.
