I don't have an account here. I went in to use their "shared branch" services that allows me to conduct various transactions with my credit union. Definitely a really nice feature that many credit unions (including this one) offers. What I appreciate is that they treated me like I was one of their members. This is a great credit union, and definitely one I would recommend if you haven't found your credit union just yet.

Trailhead has been the very best place to handle my financial needs on the West Coast. They have supported me in all my endeavors for twenty-five years. My personal and business accounts, my car loan and my credit card all are from here. Any time I have a problem, they are quick to address it and solve it. I am ever thankful for having that bakery job downtown back in the 90s that got me to sign up with them.

Full service credit union serving members online and in person. I recently had an issue with one of my accounts. I contacted Trailhead and the first person I talked to was able to research the issue and work with me to resolve the issue. He even worked with his VP to waive a fee for me. Great customer service.

I had called to get a service taken care of, but was getting really frustrated because after being on hold for an hour I had gotten the wrong information and was still not able to get what I needed done. Fast forward two days later, I called back and a nice young man, Elliott answered and as I started my rant, I actually could hear the smile on his face when he said "first lets find out if I'm going to need to verify information before I HELP you". And within 15 minutes he had explained what had happened, set up expectations of resolution and proceeded to contact the correct department himself

I cannot recommend Trailhead Credit Union highly enough. The service has been top notch since I first opened my account years ago.

Been a member since 2013 and NEVER had such consistent, personalized service from a financial institution. Great interest on checking so real dividends, worked with me on a car loan (or two) and a credit card. When I was traveling and my debit card got skimmed they reimbursed over $3k in funds immediately even though since it was a debit they could have required me to wait for an investigation. All this with friendly and professional bankers and tellers. I can't recommend Trailhead with more enthusiasm. Leave the banks. Go to THIS credit union!

These people are very sweet. TCU employees are always warm, friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. It's a central, intimate space with a relatively small number of employees, which often results in personal service.
I would stay with TU easily, if I weren't moving. They are incredibly accommodating.

I've been a member of Trailhead CU since 2000. I always liked it because it was across the street from my office, so it was very convenient and everybody there was very polite and helpful.
Today I was actually blown away by the service I received. I had a problem wiring money from an online bank to my CU account and my multiple attempts to fill out an online form would result in multiple questions from the wire team. When I called Trailhead to clarify some more details I spoke to a representative who reassured me that I would be taken care of and he would solve the problem. And he did! His name

I have been a member at Trailhead Credit Union since, I believe, 2012. They have been an enormous support to me, in establishing my financial base and meeting my needs. They have financed my cars, loaned me the money to pay off debts consolidating my debt and reducing my payments and stress. I had assumed that none of this would be an option to me, because my credit score was not always ideal. However, they explained to me that they look at my personal history with them and my progressively built up record as someone they can trust. But they had to take a chance on me in the beginning. I have ALWAYS received excellent customer service at Trailhead SE Divison branch. I was hesitant to come into this branch based on the location but I am so happy I did! Stephanie is nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She is a wonderful human being, very kind to answer all my questions and made banking a nice and pleasant experience for me.

I was happy to hear there was a Stanford Federal Credit Union shared branch nearby since moving to Portland. I went in to deposit a check and gave my member number. Stephanie told me I was "denied." I gave it her 5 more times and pulled out my credit and debit cards from the bank. She had a snotty attitude and told me "sorry." I walked out and called the bank, and gave my member number to that associate. Zero problems. I walk back in. When told what was happening, he asked if Stephanie had even asked for my first and last name to which I said she had not. At this point

I have always thought that banks are banks are banks. Often surly, erratic and always a hand in your pocket at every opportunity. We changed from Consolidated Community Credit Union ( an excellent organization ) because the new Trailhead location on SE Division is walking distance from our home. It has been a pleasure to deal with them. They are quick to answer emails or telephone calls. They resolved a recent account fraud issue with speed and alacrity.
