A swedish massage is a system of long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration and shaking motions that apply pressure between muscles and bones, rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. A therapeutic massage is a general term that describes any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem-such as a frozen shoulder.

Can’t say enough about this new place I found while visiting my friend. She wanted a massage immediately and they had openings. The two ladies that did our massage together in one room were professional, kind, and knew how to give the proper pressure on deep tissue massage. We will be back next month!!
