Just had the most amazing experience designing a new ring with John & Susan Sunderland. They helped me use my original stones, with some new stones, to design what is going to be a stunning new setting! They were easy to throw ideas at and were able to make whatever we wanted happen. I have bought watches and jewelry from many places over the years. But having discovered James and Sons, I won't buy in a mall ever again. Why buy from a corporation when you can buy from a family...who treats you like YOU'RE family? A lot of companies market themselves like that, but these folks really live it. Have you ever felt like staff at a jewelry and watch store was snooty and judgmental? Please just visit this place. They take all the pain out of the buying experience and make it a pleasure. And that's how it is supposed to be!

I love this jewelry store. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful in helping you make decisions about what to purchase. Bonnie was especially helpful today because I had absolutely no idea on what kind of earrings I wanted to purchase. She showed me a number of possibilities including lab created diamonds and by the time I made my decision, I was confident that I had made the perfect choice. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive items.

I am a 3rd generation buyer at James & Sons here and I wish there were an option for more than 5 stars. This place is phenomenal. The customer service the jeweler, Jean M., provided was outstanding and I could not have picked a better place to purchase my engagement ring. If you want a place that takes the time to educate you so you can make an informed decision on your purchase, this is your place. Could not say a single bad thing about my experience here!
