I went there for a bracelet got a specific price on it ($700). Paid a down payment ($500) Then receive a phone call A couple days later that it's in. I go in to pay the rest of the amount and they give me a whole different price of what I was told. Turns out I have to pay a 1200 more than the price I was given. I asked for a refund right away because I don't like to be scammed!

Brought in a watch that needed the expansion wristband to be adjusted. I had already removed several links however, I could not put it back together. I was initially quoted $10.00 to make the adjustment. Was only charged $5.00 since I had already removed the links. Lesson learned here: Take it to a professional. Owner was straight up and prompt.
