Comcare Support Center Provides comprehensive mental health rehabilitation services that offers extensive continuum of care covering all age groups and different types of programs. Our Licensed Mental Health Professionals will provide an assessment during an initial visit to determine which level of care is most appropriate for each individual.
We ensure confidentiality is maintained at all levels of care. We offer services to children and adolescents from age 6 through 17 with behavior or emotional disorders that limits a child's performance in the areas of academics, social, vocational or personal skills.

Services
Comcare Support Center is an outpatient Community Mental Health Agency dedicated to treating children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional disorders and adults with serious mental illnesses. The agency provides therapeutic in- home and community services to recipients age 6 and older with focus on person centered goals that addresses the history of multiple acute care hospitalizations if any, and repeated behavioral health concerns.
In order to ensure an adequate and recovery/resiliency focused assessment, Comcare agency uses a variety of methods to gather assessment data regarding a recipient. This data is collected in the form of an assessment document that is completed. This data is the foundation of the recipient's Individualized Treatment Plan.
