Services
German-engineered distilling technology is the heart of the Cedar Ridge distillery process. Proprietors Jeff and Laurie Quint of Swisher started distilling premium Clearheart Vodka in 2005, then added fruit liqueurs and an even wider range of spirits to their line of products. All Cedar Ridge spirits are distilled out of four, European-engineered pot stills, producing increasingly smooth, premium spirits.

Cedar Ridge is not only a bar that serves craft cocktails with Iowa-Made spirits, we are also a restaurant, event center, visitor center, winery, and distillery. The hospitality staff holds a key role in the guest experience by representing each of these areas that live under one roof.

FABULOUS! Great ambience with the vineyard in the background. Pizza is VERY good, and the prices for food are on point. Especially Wednesday for buy one, get one 1/2 on pizza. Drinks are good, but a little pricey but they are very tasty. Looks like it would be a great wedding venue. 10/10 recommend the club pizza.

Awesome Sunday brunch with a great variety, great drink specials, and an Amazing tour (and even live music!)
We went because I have had the Cedar Ridge Bourbon and enjoyed it and wanted a tour of the facility. Searching the website, I found out that Cedar Ridge offers a Sunday brunch... Even better with smoked brisket! I made reservations (recommend) and traveled with friends to visit and share in the experience. It was well worth the two hour drive just for the brunch.
The tour was even better! Our guide Valerie was amazing and very knowledgeable. She used to work part time in the distillery

Cedar ridge is a beautiful winery & distillery. Service was amazing. Staff was polite and checked in often. Went to listen to live music Joe & Tay!! You need to check them out! The sitting area was large and beautiful lit. Ordered the meat and cheese tray and a steak pizza. Both were delicious and pack full of flavor. Cheese curds were locally made! If you have not check out Cedar Ridge put it on your to do!

We spent an early afternoon and evening here and had a wonderful time. The wait staff was great and very polite. We did both wine and whiskey tasting and enjoyed two very tasty wood-fired pizzas. Man, were they good! Plus, we got to enjoy some evening music with more wine. We also sat outside and enjoyed the cool weather. Highly recommend you pay them a visit. Great place!

We were visiting Cedar Rapids and had planned to go to the Amana Colonies and saw this distillery. My husband is a huge fan of whiskey / Scott / bourbon and it was a must to stop. He did a tasting of four that he could choose from the menu and it was very helpful as he ended up buying one of the bottles as we left. We also got a meat and cheese platter. The menu looked amazing and we will definitely stop again. The whole environment was absolutely gorgeous and what a great place just for a drink, lunch, dinner, specialty parties, etc. The area is lucky to have them. I wish we had something like

Had a lovely afternoon cocktail (or 2) overlooking the vineyard and enjoyed every minute of my visit! The old fashion was very good (I suggest to take it up one notch, request the Rye whisky)! The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The scenery was lovely and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming! Everyone in my group enjoyed their own little complimentary tasting of spirits between cocktails which made us determine to switch up the whisky in the old fashion to Rye (the original is really good as well, but we wanted to get creative).

This place is beautiful. We went here for part of a weekend getaway/honeymoon and they didn't disappoint. They offered free sampling of their various wines and liquor, we got a great your full of interesting facts about how they brewed and a wonderful cheese and meat tray to eat. We went back for a fantastic brunch with mouth watering food and mimosas. Loved it. Took multiple bottles of whiskey home and will be going back to visit again and again.

I ate the most wonderful pizza here! I don't remember the name, but it has balsamic vinegar and brisket, it was delicious, and unforgettable! There is live music on fridays mostly. Very very delicious and huge cheese plate and smoked duck. Nice selection of their own production of whiskey and wine. Atmosphere could have been better, but when there is delicious food and alcohol, and good live music, who cares? Recommended!
