I was very happy with Bonnie the first couple times I went in. I feel after you spend money and I will say, after I spent more this time for botox, the quality and the results lesson. When I called to discuss, the front desk accused me of complaining. I felt cheated. I should have waited or took the time to speak with the manager. After being accused of complining not discussing concerns about my 4th service, now I feel the more you spend the less you get. Maybe they take your money and use less on you and use more on them. Very unprofessional for her to argue about the money spent and quality

My experience with new horizon med spa is being excellent the front people are very friendly ,I see Michelle almost every month she is very professional, knows what she is doing , she is treating my face for melasma and I am very happy with the result so far .
