My provider Kellie was extremely knowledgeable about the laser machine she was using. I asked a lot of questions I did my research before hand , I knew it was one of the best machines available , but I still had a few questions. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed and she had a sincere gentleness to her personality , I appreciated that . Going into any place for body maintenance can be intimidating but she made me feel at ease . I'm looking forward to my next visits. Im seeing results already, I'm not sure if that's typical, but I love it!!!!! If your looking for some instant

Had a 130 appointment.. I received a phone call at 115 from a not so friendly rep asking why I was late for my 1 o’clock appointment.. I informed her I was not late that my appointment was at 130 and I would actually be there 5 mins early and that I would gladly show u the reminder text I had confirming my 130 appointment.. When I arrived and showed the lady at the desk my reminder text that I was not late and In fact early . She then told me that on her end my appointment said 1. I then told her she was rude and I was not going to give her my business and left .. she called the police on me

Heather was amazing. The whole staff here is professional, friendly and good at their jobs. Customer service is also above and beyond, I had a last minute cancellation and not only did they stay 45 minutes past my apt time to wait for me but when I ended up having to cancel anyway they were understanding and sweet despite the inconvenience I caused. It's hard to come by that level of customer care these days. Highly recommended for service and results.

I've had Botox done at other facilities before. The reason I've repeatedly come back to Heather at FitLife Med Spa is because I know I can trust her. My face has always ended up even and exactly as I hoped it would! Not only is Heather highly skilled she's also very personable. This time I had fillers in my cheeks and lips and The nurse Elvira was great very gentle and knowledgeable and gave me her opinion about she thought would look the best for me. I’ve lost weigh and therefore lost some of the fullness in my face was feeling a little aged but I Love the natural look I got just what I was looking to achieve.
