I hired Harrington diving and marine services (HDMS) to construct a dock. Brittany and her husband Pete met with me to discuss plans, materials, scope of work etc. back in December 2020. Brittany drew up plans and a contract. I gave them $7,550. as to immediately purchase materials to build the dock over the winter as to install March 2021. Collectively we all signed HDMS's contract on 12/29/2020. When I asked for a progress report in early March, Brittany emailed me back and said she had "terminated" the contract. HDMS not only breached their own contract, they refuse to give an explanation as

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
We had assumed a Candlewood Lake property in July of 2020…Sherman, CT. Understood the challenges of First Light prior to contracting with Harrington/Peter and team…VERY delayed First Light response/permitting process during COVID.
We needed an existing wood dock/catwalk removal and demolition…and then the construction of a new aluminum dock/catwalk and installation. Needed another alternative to the dominant dock vendor operating on the lake today…who we were struggled to make contact with. Harrington was the exact alternative we were seeking for a higher end dock
