When I called about getting my old tints replaced, the very fair and competitive pricing plus specials convinced me to make an appointment. Staff assisted me in finalising my preferences and getting to work on my car. I've got my Model Y tinted here. Faris helped me through with my request of tinting multiple tint levels on different parts of the car. Initially went for a 5% tint on the hatch glass in the back but couldn't see anything in the back. Faris helped me talk to the team there to replace the 5% tint that was applied with 70% tint in the hatch glass for no additional cost. They were very quick in responding to my request and did an excellent job.

I got my windows done on my explorer. The back is all too small and there is bubbles under the front windows. They said they would fix any issues but they don’t answer the phone. I was actually willing to pay more for a better quality tint possibly. But I’ve called maybe 20 times over the last few months and no one answers. It’s super expensive to have tint removed somewhere else. But I guess I’ll have to get it done twice. Since there’s gaps all the way around the back windows and it looks bad.

Took both of my cars in to get the front windows tinted on each. The entire experience was very smooth - scheduling, price check, material finalization, checkin, delivery!
Faris was a pleasure to interact with, very professional and considerate. I took my toddler in for the 2nd car tinting appointment and he enjoyed himself watching airplanes across from the location - they finished the tinting quite quickly so it was a breeze!
The finished product and delivery was good - no complaints. The price was also very attractive. All around, would recommend.

I got all my windows tinted here a few years ago the tints were excellent everything looked nice! Unfortunately my car got broken into they smashed my passenger side window. That was annoying, but the manager Faris took care of me. Super cool dude. He was friendly and professional. It was a really easy process. I'm satisfied with the results! Highly recommend!!

The manager/owner who helped me was super friendly and personable. Got my Range Rover in and out in less than the quoted time and there was no mess and or bubbles I've noticed in the tint. Excellent fast and professional service. Loved everyone who helped me, they didn't try to overcharge me just because I have a Tesla, they were honest and practical. They did a fantastic job matching my tint preference and the service was overall friendly.

I'm a returning jet black tint customer and had my last car done at the WC location with no issues. However, after bringing my '21 Tesla model 3 to the new FF location, I seem to keep running into issues. I brought my car to them in September 2021 and I'm currently in a credit card dispute with them as of now 12/17/21. If you have a TESLA, your whole car is at risk being taken here since it's essentially a computer on wheels & this tint shop doesn't know how to apply tint safely/correctly.
TLDR version is.... they left my white interior dirty after saying they'd take special care of it, were late

Easy process from beginning to end. I bought the online special. Called and made the appointment. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Got to appointment were seen right of way, the guy that helped was professional and personable. He helped us pick our shade level, got our lifetime warranty and went about our day. They called when car was done and it looks awesome. Completely easy process, trustworthy, and professional. Will definitely go back if I need another vehicle tinted.

Well, as of today 8/13/2021 right after install, I'm not too impressed with the finish, from a distance it looks great though.The tint doesn't seem to have been squeegeed completely. You can't tell from the photos but the guy said to give it 2 to 3 weeks and it will be ok. We'll see I guess. Will rate higher if what he says is true. If not, they do warranty their work and will fix any problems with the tint. One more thing, be prepared to wait about two hours for all windows to be tinted. **update** 8/16/21 the windows look great with the exception of a couple of bubbles that I'll have to have

This is my 3rd time I come back,poor quality work and the film has a lot of dirt inside and all my windows has Bubbles.The manager and the customer service said it’s normal. I told them just take everything off and just give me my money. When I came to get my truck they just left the key while my truck is open. I don’t recommend this shop!

After going to the Fremont location twice and both times coming away with bubbles and creases (as well as a burnt rubber window that they did replace, huge grease smears and finger prints all over the inside and outside of the car). I reached out asking Jet Black to fix this. I was then sent to the location on Martin Street.
I had to explain all the defects to the salesman. I was not even allowed inside the office once and had to sit outside the entire 2 1/2 hours. I drove home and two hours later my tint was peeling off the window from the top and bottom!!!! See attached photos.

If I could give ZERO stars I would but Yelp doesn't offer that.
I got my tints done 2.5 weeks ago and the two front windows bubbled up AND they didn't even place the tint film on the entire window so I had a 1.5 inch gap of factory window and tint. They're first excuse was they didn't want to damage my window because they didn't have the proper razor. Bought a Groupon a couple years ago for SUV tint and went to Fremont to get it done. The salesperson tried to sell me on the upgraded film, which I agreed to purchasing and ended up paying an additional $330, but I wished I would've continued to say no because I'm sure he would've kept lowering the price. (My dad took my mom's car in for tint here recently and they offered to drop the price by $100 within seconds.) Overall the Fremont crew did a good job but I had a little bubbling and peeling shortly after. I ended up moving away from Fremont and didn't want to drive back

Such a sloppy place,!!! Went back there to redo back window due to bubbles all over done by them 2mos ago. They redo back window and made a hole in the headliner of my Infiniti G 37?!? Now the manager Alan supposed to call me next week to see " how they can help me ?!? Of course nobody call me. What a waste of time and money with this place+ damage on my car headliner!!!. Please don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews and go somewhere else! There's so many other window tint places!!! Only thing that went well was dropping it off, quick process and receiving a text when the car was done. The workmanship is poor as there are several crease lines and dots everywhere due to not property cleaning the glass prior to applying the film. You clearly get what you pay for when coming to Jetblack. If you are looking for a professional quality tint job there are many other options in the area.
