Had my car detailed here. I had to go back twice, the first time it wasn't vacuumed and dirt was still all over the dash. I brought it back and dirt was still on dash area. They offered to clean it again but I said forget it. My car didn't even smell clean. I'm not picky at all, bought this car used so I wanted it to be fresh. Not worth the money. I went home and detailed it myself.

They told me to come by now, so I did. Turns out it was just to schedule an apt for a different day, which we could have just done over the phone. Then they tried to offer me a "discount" for pre-paying. The whole experience screamed "shady". Felt like they wasted my time just to pull some kind of tactic. I'd stay away.

Great wash. However I was talked into a membership. After the first month I realized I was way too busy to use it and called to cancel it not once but twice. I called yesterday and was told that my membership would be canceled but I wake up to $100 charge. I’m calling my bank to dispute that charge.

I will never, ever give this place my business ever again! I paid this establishment $200 for a full detail and wax. I dropped my car off on Thursday at 9AM. 5:45 PM I haven’t heard from anyone about my car, so I went up there expecting to see a clean, shiny car….NOPE. Was told to bring the car back the next day because he was short staffed. I couldn’t go on Friday, but he told me to come back on Saturday at 9AM and he would personally detail and wax my car to make sure that it’s done correctly. I told him before I left that I had to be somewhere at 2 and he assured me that my car would

Jeremy and his team are an honest, hard-working crew that I trust whole-heartedly with the cleaning of my car. I appreciate the attention to detail and the owners' kind attitude. They were flexible with me and worked quickly since I'd mentioned I didn't have too much time to spare. I was also allowed to check their work before I paid which demonstrated a dedication to customer satisfaction. I requested a wash and seat shampooing and the quality of those services was very good.

Absolutely love this place not only are the price is reasonable the customer service is out of this world. I went to two other places after getting paint splattered on my car that told me they could not remove it completely Racers Edge got the paint out for a fraction of what the other places was trying to charge.

Had some people come over and look at my car and they were shocked at the sloppy job. From their experiences with Racers Car Wash, I have learns that this is how he operates, can't get the job done, leave car or bring it back tomorrow, which is not why people make appointments, Have foubd so many in my area that have had bad experiences with him. Thinking about reporting him to Better Business Bureau, I don't want other people to get taken like I did. I think it is illegal to not perform the services you promised in the time frame promised. Sad, sad immoral person.

Nope! Took over an hour to wash my car, and it wasn't done very well, and they charged $30! And that's not with the car waiting around, it wasn't busy. That's an hour from the time they started vacuuming to the time I got the car back. They work verrrrry slowly. It's like watching snails cleaning algae from a rock. I specifically asked them not to use the cheap shiny grease products on the dash, and they did it anyway. I took the car home, scrubbed it off and finished cleaning it. I could have saved $30 and an hour and just cleaned the car myself in 15 minutes in my driveway

If I could give this place no stars I would. It took 2 1/2 hours for just a wash, just a wash! Workers changed my music station and set favorites. I have a long skid mark on the side of my car, owner said it's soap. 3 weeks later the mark is still there. Receptionist was laying my keys wherever (so just anyone can have access to them). I was told my car was finished but they had to find my keys when the receptionist had them all along.

The staff is very friendly. I've been going here for years. But a few of my last visits under the new management has been disappointing. When I first started going I drove a 2 door Jeep Wrangler, now I drive a 4 door Jeep Wrangler JLU. I really want to give them business...but I'm not willing to continue to pay for a smile and not properly cleaned Jeep. This last visit was very upsetting. I didn't notice the half done job until I got in the light (it was dark once they finished washing it), and it was too late to take it back and have them complete the job. It looked good in the dim light.

The asphalt on my road was being replaced, and I drove across wet oil/tar. My entire silver car was suddenly black. I then drove through a gas station carwash which did absolutely nothing. I went over to Racer's Edge and asked if they thought they could do it. I was fully prepared for them to say "no". It took them a few days, but when they were finished I couldn't believe it. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They did an absolutely AMAZING job!!! And they were super nice and easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about the Racer's Edge team!

3 stars just because the owner is very nice and provides great detailed information about services offered and isnt pushy regarding the other options it provides the best information to help you make an informed decision.
Mr Jeremy said I would get the deluxe at discount being it was my 1st time well I think maybe I should have paid for it and then they would have provided deluxe service because looking at my vehicle I cant even tell you I got the basic. My rims had smut from the tires all on them like black stuff and dirt as if the vehicle was sprayed down and not hand detailed completely. I

Racer's Edge offers 2 packages. The basic package is $16 and includes a wash, wheel cleaning, dashboard wiping, and interior vacuuming. The deluxe package is either $24 or $26 and includes a more through seat cleaning, door cleaning, and some other stuff.
I went for the basic package because I really needed my mats vacuumed. This service gets 5 stars because it's so incredibly cheap for interior and exterior cleaning. My car came out clean in an appropriate amount of time. I don't think they use waxes or any other fancy products, but I'm very happy and will be back.
