Do NOT come here worst experience of my life. They treat people especially women of color horrible. I literally did all the work while the men watch me. Even though this was my first time. No one offered to explain the process or even tell me why that they are supposed to do this. While there is a lobby full of people. DO NO COME HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.

They've always been great with car washes and really quick with inspections. We were sad to move further away and can't make it here easily anymore, but we still stop for car wash when we are in the area.
And we still bring the cars here for inspection. Even with the extra drive time, it's still quicker because they are so fast. Definitely recommend for both.

If I could give this business less stars, I would. I came on 10/4/21 to get the $150 Platinum Plus bundle (which I think is the highest possible service they offer) and I expected the car to be absolutely spotless but after looking at it in the sun maybe half an hour later, there was still spots on the paint as well the interior being left with other stains that had yet to be taken out. I went back, and after they gave the car back to me I later found MORE imperfections. Do not go here. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I paid for a simple car wash and as I was trying to get my car into place with my tires, the worker directing me just kept pointing in odd directions, not telling me what I was doing wrong. He never actually spoke, just kept pointing, even when I rolled down my window and asked what he meant. He became increasingly frustrated and hostile as I had no idea what he was pointing at. There's a place on top of the mirror which says "tire here" that he eventually kept pointing at, but the sign is unreadable so I couldn't

Went there today first time. Gentleman checked me in was friendly and it started really welll however it was downhill from there. Sign on door everyone must wear masks. No problem. I wore my ask while inside 45 min as did other customers. Who didnt? At least 5 employees coming inside. They didnt even have one around their neck. Picked up car and the contents of glove only 3 things: manual; wheel lock and napkins instead on front seat. The detachable shelf inside the box had been removed and simply laying at bottom. My first thought was broken however it did secure itself.

Another bad experience at Car Spa. I have been here 30 minutes for their $22 full service car wash, snd they put my vehicle through the was shortly after I got her and it's been sitting in line to get wiped down and vacuumed for 35 minutes. They are horribly understaffed, looks like only two women working wiping down cars. This place really is horrifically managed. I have to find another car wash.

This CarSpa is a lot better than a few years ago. In the past, I was kept waiting for an hour, much longer than the promised pick up time. I recall one time when my car was sitting wide open for an hour and had not even been worked on. Now, I can go for a automatic car wash and detail and have it done in 20 minutes or less! Service quality and work ethic is much improved, and the office staff are on task and not (usually) out to burn customers because of their race or religion. The cost of a Silver Wash is $20, which may seem high to some people, but the speed and quality of service are worth it

I did not take pictures on purpose as to not embarrass the manager/owner of this business. The self service car wash bays are disgusting and dirty. Smells terrible inside like a wet dirty dog. Please take care of your customers by providing them a clean, enjoyable experience.

I went to the Farmers Branch location today and waited over 2 hours for my vehicle. I paid for one of the Full Service packages and was told that my seat cover for the back would be vacuumed as well. Found out afterword's that the seat cover had not been cleaned; simply shoved into the trunk - which is now dirty again as well. Very disappointed in this service today. Wait time was too long for sub par service. Going to have to vacuum the cover and trunk myself now.

If you can avoid it, do not go here! This was my second time going and I will not be coming back. They did a okay job both times with the wash and it is cleaner than when I arrived but upon further inspection they missed SO many spots (under the door handle, black spot on the bottom of my driver door, etc.) AND they stole my phone cord. I normally have an Apple white phone charger plugged into my dash that I use to charge and play music but when I left the lot and attempted to plug in my phone I realized that it was not my cord! Spent 30 minutes driving there, waited around for a few minutes and after no one offered any help, went inside to see if anyone was doing inspections. They advised yes, but the guy ran out to lunch and will be back in about 20 minutes. It was 6 PM and they closed at 7 PM.
I went outside, moved my car in front of the inspection bay and then waited another 6-8 minutes when someone else came up and asked if I needed inspection. I said yes and he said move your car out into the parking lot.
I told him I'm not going to move because if I did, someone else would grab my

I've only left a couple reviews my whole life and this experience made me feel I had to say something... first off i was uncomfortable the whole time because they did not enforce the mask mandate and there were several people inside walking around and sitting without a mask on... if that was my only issue i would of just stayed outside and left it alone but they took a long time to clean my truck and when I got it back it was like it wasn't even touched!!!! I literally paid them for nothing... the cup holders and dash weren't wiped and the seats where barely vacuumed etc... it was

I realize I didn't pay for full on detail and wax, but a $40 "inside/outside deluxe" wash should at least include door jambs and windshield. I thought it took a long time because my vehicle was being diligently cleaned....I thought wrong.

I typically don't leave reviews at all but I have to say I only gave this place 2 stars because I pressed the 8 dollar wash but got charged for the 10 dollar one. This review is for the sake of other peoples time/money. I pressed the 8 dollar wash because that is the service I payed for not the 10 dollar one.

Had no issues selecting a wash and paying with credit card... The problem is that the door closed on us as we were trying to dry after the automatic wash. Had to figure out how to get out (luckily there is a button inside the building to open the door) but you might want to get that door checked out.

I was having problems with the purchasing an $10 automatic wash. I followed the instructions to select wash then swipe credit card. It said it was verification but did not start. I went inside to get help and they pointed out that it was now displaying a $8.00 credit so they insisted I must have selected an #8 wash so he pressed that wash option and the system started. I insisted I pushed for the $10 wash but attendant did not seem to care. But later I checked my credit card statement and I was charged $10 for my $8 wash.
Then to top it off, the system left scuff marks down both

Very much appreciated that the GM has responded to point out the fine print of printed copy needed. Suggestion: 1) If hard copy is needed, then send promotions through regular mail to allow consumers to bring with 2) if digital is NOT acceptable, then remove from digital advertising. Fine prints are difficult to see on screen.
