To say that I am displeased is an understatement. Our first interaction with them was an issue with insurance. We had told our daughter to process things a certain way because of our insurance and they told her to do it a different way because it was cheaper. I appreciate them trying to look out for the customer but if they were unsure, they should have reached out to us for clarification. A close to $500 mistake that didn't need to happen.

Ive been here for a few years . the staff and doctor are always so wonderful. Helpful is and understatement they really care avout there customers . ive had a few contact lense emergencies and they are akways right there to help me immediately. I absolutely live the atmosphere and the wonderful care I recive every visit .

Dr. Datta is a true professional!
This was my 5 year olds first full eye exam. He was kind of nervous at the sight of all of the machines and the dark rooms. Dr. Datta was quick to make him comfortable and calm and before you know it, she had him talking and participating in the exam. He is proud of his glasses and I give her much of the credit. I HIGHLY recommend River's Bend Eyecare to anyone and everyone who needs an eyecare professional!

While the Optometrist seems thorough, the assistant (at the Dr's direction?) is a bit on the "upsell" side of things. I went in for the purposed of getting both an exam and new glasses using my insurance. After seeing the exam I sat down to get prices for new eye wear. The assistant quoted me a price of over $400. When I questioned why so expensive (bought a new set last year at walmart for just over $300 with no insurance), she told me they always quote the premium prices first. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO INFORMING ME OF ALL MY CHOICES, THEN LETTING ME DECIDE? I was about to walk out when she gave

I am so fortunate that I was recommended to go here. Wonderful customer service and patient care. Never did I feel rushed along or like I was just another number. Dr. Datta was extremely thorough and took her time to explain everything to me, she even fit me with the latest and greatest contact lens! Very clean and comfortable office setting too. Thank you!

I and my husband have such high confidence on Dr. Datta.

Receptionist Deena was very rude. They are going to lose a lot of business if they do not get rid of her. I will never go back and found another optical place that shows much more respect for their customers. This was not the only time she was rude and lazy. I called to schedule an appointment and because it was a couple minutes (20 min to be exact) near her precious lunch time she had to call me back instead of making my children's appointment, like she needed to do. Two days later she still never bothered to call back. The prices there are not good either they never have any good deals. Called

Omg Dina the receptionist was awsome!! (Dont listen to what you here 😉) ... and i loved the help i got from everyone while i trying to figure out which glasses i wanted !! The whole staff is very helpful. There my new go to place and they have great choices of styles to choose from. I highly RECOMMEND!!

I have been going to River's Bend Eyecare for a couple of years now, and I love it! The location is perfect, as well as the staff; Dina who is the receptionist has always welcomed me with a genuine warm greeting, Dr. Datta as well as the other staff are very kind too. The office is nice, and I have plenty of different frames to choose from, all kinds of brands, colors and styles! I do not plan to go anywhere else :) Thanks River's Bend Eyecare!
