Used to come here a lot before the borders closed and the lady who runs it (Christina I think?) was always super kind and helpful. Everything was always sorted quickly and the email notifications about your packages arriving are useful too. The fees are very reasonable to me, as they're providing a service thay helps out a lot of Canadians.
I decided to try out the package forwarding service they offer now since the borders are still closed, but no one will answer the phone and I'm still waiting on an email response. Hopefully everything works out as it's quite an expensive package, but depending

Never forwarded my package or returned my emails. Would strongly recommend looking else where unless you can visit in person. Even then I would proceed with caution. I should have heeded the advise of previous reviewers.

I have used this mailbox service consistently for 6 years now. No complaints whatsoever. Christina, the owner, can be a little irascible when it gets busy there but has a pleasant manner overall. Jake is always pleasant and helpful. They have both gone out of their way to make the service they provide as seamless as possible!

Dont know what all the complaining is about with the negative reviews. Been a customer of Kristina's for over 10 years. Never had a problem, dont trust the negative reviews. Honest, reliable and fair. Sure shes busy and it gets crazy in her shop. BUT shes one person running a business she does the best she can. Highly recommend.

Summary: Find another Mail Box service. Incredibly disappointed with my experiences here over the years.
I have come to this place off and on over the past few years. I started going to Mail Boxes International because they have way better hours, an overnight locker, and I felt that Mail Boxes Plus customer service was subpar. I accidentally sent a small package to Mail Boxes Plus last month. I came to pick it up and the lady forced me to subscribe for another year and then pay the fees on top of that for holding (which are way too expensive). This place has disappointed me so many times! Avoid this mail service at all costs. I got a heavy pallet of material shipped to them and the lady called me in a panic telling me I had to come right away to pick it up as it's outside on their sidewalk. She said it was too heavy to move and she didn't have enough staff to deal move it. I told her I couldn't make it today and would be there tomorrow. She said that wouldn't work and I had to come immediately or the package wouldn't be accepted. So I dropped what I was doing, re arranged my day, and headed down there.
