We have special interest in obesity, weight loss, diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, heart disease and metabolic syndrome. We believe life is uncertain and want to empower our patients with knowledge and early detection screening to increase their odds for healthy living.
As convenience to our patients, our facility provides the following diagnotic services: Treadmill Stress Test, Ankle Brachial Index Test, Pulmonary Function Test, Vaccination services, Labor. Doctors of internal medicine focus on adult medicine and have had special study and training focusing on the prevention and treatment of adult diseases.
For your first appointment we ask that you arrive about 20 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. We will be obtaining your insurance information before your appointment so that it may be verified ahead of time and avoid delay and confusion the day of your visit. Remember to bring your insurance card and a picture ID as insurance plans require us to obtain this.

The new person that had been added to the staff is not amicable at all. They rescheduled me for another date at a certain time. I arrive and they are closing, I showed up 20 minutes before, and this medical assistant decided to argue with me about the time but didn't have the facts. During this whole time they could of still took me. They chose not too.. Not a very organized office at all. Don't waist your time or money.

My goal was to transfer all my family members' medical care to CI Medical Center. Because we are dissatisfied with current arrangement at a Sugarcreek clinic. We just don't like it keeps changing doctors every 3 years while we were their longtime patients.
I found CI Medical Center through my insurance company's website as Dr. Vu accepts new patients. I also read Yelp reviews praising on Dr. Vu by a verifiable source. I was quite convinced to give this place a try. Unfortunately, the information was incorrect. The clinic accepts new patients by other doctors, just not Dr. Vu. But

I love Dr. Vu. I decided he would be my doctor when I saw him handle my mother with authentic respect as she railed on what she does not want and said what she is willing to do in her particular patient care at that moment. Dr. Vu kept his easy demeanor, said okay, and offered solutions. He can handle my mom. I never see anyone win my mom. She can deploy a variety of facts and emotional expressions to achieve her goals. My mom is retired ICU and Psych nurse. Even though she comes from conventional medicine, she practices all natural for herself.
