My experience with J Verne Wood funeral home was nothing short of phenomenal. Tom, Deb and staff were outstanding with my Mothers funeral services. They were compassionate and understanding with what we wanted for my moms service and they graciously helped me with all the details from selecting the proper urn for my mom to helping me out with life insurance paperwork which was greatly appreciated. Tom also put together a wonderful video tribute for my mom and was relentless about getting all pictures uploaded on time for her services. (Thank you Tom). Overall my experience with J Verne Wood funeral

This is my first experience having to deal with a funeral. My father has passed away and my mind is scattered trying to morn him nothing was in place or set up and after my appoinment with the staff at JVern Wood funeral home, my mind is at ease about the process they are so supportive and I can not express in words how much they helped our family during this time. They even put a smile on my face a few times im truly thankful for them.

J. Verne Wood went above and beyond in the attention to detail and the tender care given to our mother upon her passing. They treated us like family, as though they were caring for their own loved one. A special thank you to Tom and Debby for the everything , from the planning of moms funeral, to the execution. The process was so smooth. Our family would recommend J. Verne Wood to all our friends and family when it is time for their earthly departure.
