Was referred to this place through State Farm as they are my insurance carrier. It was going to take them three hours to get to me which is fine I understand this isn’t their fault but when I called to get more information about my tow service the girl who took the call Immediately was very rude and short wouldn’t even let me finish speaking before she would place me on hold (15 minutes the first time 11 minutes the second time the third time I only waited 2) I would have to call back to speak to her and would specifically ask her not to place me on hold wouldn’t even let me finish speaking

I needed my car towed and requested a tow at 9am. Since I used AAA I could see in the app where the guy was at. He was driving from park to park in Modesto. I called AAA and found out I was referred to Myers Towing. What a joke of a company. They said the arrived at my house on the app, which they never did. So through out the day the dispatch from Myers just gave me the run a round. I never did get my car towed. I think the drivers name was Dalton. What a punk!

I had owed the 50$ but a small young gentleman I believe owned it. Told me that for a good review he would put knee pads on and make the rest of my evening great.. best place ever. Never been somewhere greater. I will most definitely leave more reviews

We have AAA and needed a tow at 11pm after saying they couldn't tow the truck he still stopped by just to check on just to make sure we were doing ok and see if we needed anything. Turns out he got the wrong information from AAA and thought we had a dually we did not, he got the tow back and helped us out right then and there!!! We greatly appreciated all of Billy's help last night. He was kind, fast, helpful and still came to help after check on us after declining the job...

My car was impounded due to me being taken to the hospital. I've never dealt with an impound before and was clueless as to what happens. Chris and the other guy (didn't get his name) that works the Tracy location were so kind and helpful. I can only imagine that they're the same way when dealing with any other type of service like a tow or lock out as well. I can't thank those guys enough for being patient with me and walking me through everything. They deserve a raise. Or a case of beer.

Worst experience ever! I was in the hospital and they wanted me to come personally to sign my car over to my insurance. The next day my insurance agent and I conference called them. The woman on the phone was clueless not to mention rude, and hung up on us. This is the most unprofessionally run company. My insurance agent told them that after a certain date they would no longer be paid. It still took another 5 days to release my car. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I am amazed by the negative and poor comments for Myers Towing because my experience have been nothing short of WONDERFUL with them, from the time of calling to them leaving. If you need a towing truck, cross your fingers that it's a Thursday or Friday because Bill actually follows up with you on how things went. IMO -- it's always a pain in the a** when your car breaks down so having to call a towing company is already an annoyance, take that into consideration when you read yelp reviews. I'd recommend Myers Towing any day!

We can only say good things about Chris who works here! He and his son stopped to help us with a flat tire when they were headed home from a job. It was Sunday and all the tire shops were closed. We needed a boat trailer tire and we had no idea what we were going to do! Chris and his son stopped and said they had a trailer tire at their shop and would change it for us! They gave us two tires for the price of one. We happened to come along another couple later that day in the same predicament we were in earlier, so we paid it forward and gave them the extra tire. Chris saved our camping trip

a few months back I got my aunts car impounded. The car was not in her name yet or anything all she had was a bill of sale and the pink slip and they allowed us to get our belongings out of the car. THEN SAME EXACT KIND OF SITUATION THAT HAD HAPPENED WITH MY AUNT AND I was in the office yesterday with my bill of sale. Pink slip and partial DMV transfer paperwork in my name, and even the lien notice from THEIR lien company that says right on it that I'm the registered owner ... and i was told no I cannot have anything out of my car because I am not the "complete

Don't consider using this ripoff company. My red Honda was stolen, the police called on Friday @ 10:40 PM to notify me that it was found and towed but didn't provide a location for me to retrieve. The police only mentioned to call them back on Monday. On Monday, I received the information to pickup my car at Myers Towing Co. The total cost was $380.00 quoted on the phone by Mike/the owner, $160.00 towing (under distance of 5 miles) and 4x$55 per day for storage. If you calculated by 24 hrs, how did they come up with 4 days between Friday 10:40PM to Monday 10:00 AM? Should it be

Terrible business, super shady. My son got in wreck his car and was to towed there
. He lost his wallet in the car but because the insurance is paying the daily on the storage they said can't find his wallet and they won't release the car to him without I'd even though they know it's his car. They are just taking advantage of the insurance company and racking up the bill, imagine what they'll do to you for a extra buck.

This should be a zero but there is no option for that. biggest scam ever!! Do not call! called roadside who called then I was given confirmation they will arrive 12pm. I called them to let them know someone will be with the car at 10:45 am they said no problem driver on the way. by 12pm no show I called 2095751185 they said no one had called. then they showed up at 2pm said it'll be $90. I've never had to deal with such difficult, disrespectful people.

Every point of contact with this company was made difficult by them.
I called to see what I needed to do to get my sons card out of their lot...they don't take ATM or credit cards, they have to have the owner of the vehicle present (what if they are in the hospital or dead, what then?), they have to have the keys, blah blah blah.
Charged for 2 different tow trucks, as one tow truck "couldn't get the car off the lawn."
Car was brought into their lot at 11:30 PM and we were charged for an entire day.
We tried to get my sons car out of the lot and towed to our house, suddenly

My nephew was stranded 39.9 miles from these guys. I live on the east coast, but called to try and help him. The girl on the phone said, "it's to far for us to go get him." When I asked her how far does their company reach to. She just kept saying, "it's to far for us" and wouldn't answer how far their company will drive to help someone! Really? You're a towing service!!

My Uhaul pickup experience.
The young female employee helped me pickup my uhaul that I had reserved online. She was courteous, friendly, and very thorough. I always appreciate great customer service.
On another note, I dont think this locations has any Uhaul trucks in inventory. I could be wrong, but they look like a local mechanic/bodyshop/towing service, that Uhaul pays to provide an extra location in the area for pickups and drop-offs.
