For more than 15 years, Phoenix Manor has been home to elderly residents who require assisted living. We strive to treat every resident like family and personalize each service to meet their needs. Our facility provides independent and assisted living at its finest. We aim to help each resident escape to the cozy and tranquil area of Fair Oaks, CA.
Residents can take advantage of our transportation services if they have a doctor's appointment outside the facility. We provide balanced meals according to the diets prescribed by each individual's physician. We take pride in the safe and healthy conditions of our assisted living facility. The building includes six bedrooms for residents and one for a staff member.
