Max is very knowledgeable and has given me a good, basic understanding of tires and how they work. He and his crew are polite and helpful and the service and value we have received on three of our vehicles has been terrific. We will always use Max. Just wow! Pulled in a little early for my tire rotation appointment, and met immediately to take my vehicle.

My car had two flat tires and needed them to access and fix my car. Max told me he would look at it and call me in 2 hours. I called after hours and he said he could not find time to look at it which it was across the street. I think that was unprofessional of him. I will never deal with them again.

Max (the owner), and Ryan (a manager) have been really good to me here for a couple of years.
They work hard to get things done on time and within budget.
I've been through about a dozen tires here on different vehicles from a race car, up to a diesel truck and their quality, price, selection, and speed has always been top notch.
Would highly recommend if you're looking to support support a local business with a good crew.
Ps: Bonus points because the owner is almost always there while they're open and has no problem getting hands on with repairs and install.

If you notice 99% of MAxx’s reviews are top notch. This is because he’s the real deal. Ladies this man will take care of you, NOT overcharge you or take advantage of you but help you out, get you exactly what you want and at a fair price as well as quickly. The ship is very friendly and welcoming. I had to spend most of the day there (I live an hour away snd had no one to accompany me that specific day) and in that day Maxx actually gave me lunch. 😊 I have had a few trips to this shop and recommended my friends here and THEY have nothing but great things to say as well. Not only was he friendly, but more than anything , honest, reasonable in pricing and took care of my tire (that had a huge lag bolt in it ) quickly ! Thank you so much ! I needed tires on my car and Maxx responded so quickly and when I got there he was upfront and honest with me. I requested an alignment and asked him if I needed one. Instead of him trying to get more money out of me, he told me I didn't need one but to come see him for rotations and he would check it for me. I have referred my family and friends there because now, I won't go anywhere else. Such an awesome, affordable and friendly place. You guys ROCK!!!

Getting ready to leave an RV park I noticed a tire was a bit low. When I reached the limit of my little 12vdc inflator, I called around to multiple tire places that might accommodate me on a Sunday before heading over the snowy passes. Only Tire Maxx answered and they said to bring it in. They checked all tires and despite being unable to work on one due to a strange fill arrangement on the duals, they were able to check the pressure anyways. Fantastic job and can recommend the crew there.

I called for Snow Tires they not only gave me a great price, but was able to get me in right away. Also, they found that my back breaks were in bad shape, so they gave me a great deal on them and I just had to wait about 20 minutes for the parts to get there.

I've had leased cars for the past 30 years so I haven't purchased tires in at least that long. The reviews on YELP are helpful but you never know. So I went to Tire Max and a couple other places both in Reno and online. It was just like Max said...his deal would be the best. In this day and age it's sometimes hard to find an honest, reputable vendor who knows his stuff. That's exactly what you will find here. Thanks Max!

Importantly, since time is money or at minimum better spent than sitting around a tire shop waiting, he has always taken care of me in 30 minutes or less. No hassle, no excuses, no wait.
Maxx is always fun to talk to and KNOWS the tire business. I have referred around 8 to 10 people to Maxx and he has earned each one of them. I have never had someone come back and let me know Maxx
