I have never posted any reviews in the past but had to post following my BAD experience at this shop.
Last year was in the market to purchase tires for my Toyota 4Runner. Was about to buy from the Tire Rack but Sergio matched the price and I decided to buy local. Wanted to patronize the small business and decided to have my oil and repairs done there as well and not at the Toyota dealership. Also decided to takes my daughter's 2017 Mazda3 there as well and not take it to the dealer. Took it mainly for a transmission noise we were experiencing and decided not to wait two weeks for the Mazda dealer

Visiting family for Christmas when the "GREAT winter storm Squall of 2021" hit!
Check engine light came on, and my Subaru Outback was making an odd sound.
Also, my tires are in decent shape for SF bay area, but I was super leery of getting over Donner Pass with them and the INSANE amount of that cold slippery stuff the locals call "Snow"... So I got tires.
While there I had them fix my lighter outlets, so I would have some music when I would be driving 25mph all the way to Auburn!
My car troubles could have really been a headache, but some family members recommend the auto clinic so highly

The nice receptionist goes out of her way to help and not make profit. One of the few trustworthy repair be shipped in Reno. The whole crew has good work ethics. Recommend.

I had my alternator replaced here and it was a wonderful experience. I bought the part online through a reputable distributor and they didn’t hassle me to buy it through them, unlike many of the other places I called. They did the replacement the same day and for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. If I need any other car service, I will definitely come back here!

I will never buy tires from this place in my life, cheap tire low quality. I worked as a mechanic for over 5 years and was also in tire sales as a kid.
People are friendly so no complaints on the employees.
But they convinced me to buy their off brand tire Hercules and they told me its comparable to Michelin or Goodyear. Hercules is the worst tire I ever purchased in my life. Tred life might be high but only after a year the tire was cracked and hard as a rock. I can't even use them in the rain even in dry roads they have a hard time sticking.
Don't buy Hercules money is better spent on a Goodyear
