Our professional pediatric dental specialists in Arnold are selected on experience, skill, education, training and personality, resulting in a staff that delivers high levels of expert personal care to each and every child. Dr. Craig Hollander is a 1988 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Dentistry in Kansas City.
We offer custom fit Mouthguards for all ages. Not only do they look cool and protect the teeth, kids like to wear them! Mouthguards can be used to protect a child's teeth, lips, cheeks and gums from sport related injuries. The National Youth Sports Foundation for Safety reports dental injuries as the most common type of orofacial injury sustained during sports participation.
Give Kids a Smile - St. Louis (GKAS) is a not-for-profit organization that provides free dental education, preventative care, and restorative care for low-income children. This event occurs every year in February and October in St. Louis. Doctors and staff at our office volunteer, giving their time to give back to our community.
We know kids love to have fun and winning is fun at any age! We do fun giveaways on our Facebook page that kids really enjoy! Your child could win St. Louis Cardinals Baseball tickets, concert tickets, Six Flags tickets and more. Just like us on our Facebook to be the first to get all the scoop! But that's not all, each month we give-away a Fred Bird from Build-a -Bear.
Our dental staff will create an atmosphere that is upbeat and fun, while delivering the best dental care possible. In addition to our colorful saltwater fish aquarium and finch aviary, we also have creative toys, current videos and interactive video games, all of which help foster an interactive, relaxed environment geared for little people.

I’ve asked them for several visits to only do fluoride when covered by insurance. This visit they do it and charge me $72. Then say “We’ll put a note on file”. I’ve asked every visit not to do it unless it’s covered by insurance why wasn’t there a note on file already. Why didn’t you say it’s going to be $72 today prior to doing it? Seems very dishonest.

Wow this place is really a piece of work I had gotten permission for my 5 year old to be seen later from a manger so I call to get a appointment and the lady refuses to listen to me says she will check into it and then they send me a letter firing me from the practice. Well excuse me for needing a later appointment due to school and work. I’m more then happy to find a better place then this pathetic excuse of a office that chooses who they see later by age. I’m so happy to get away from unprofessional ignorant people who do not care about their patients. I will make sure to post and let everyone
