Shelly Sarver Designs is a floral studio located in Pella, Iowa. We work out of a remodeled school house that allows us to create, design and host special events. SSD is a full service design studio offering everything from florals, dcor rentals, and linens. Our services include weddings, event styling, corporate events, editorial styling, and celebrations.

I am the original flower mama (according to my kiddos) and proud owner of SSD. I've been a part of the floral industry for over thirty years. Growing up I never would have imagined it was possible to have a job that required so much work (seriously so much) but be SO REWARDING! I pride myself on floral design and love working with fun and funky blooms, textures, and color palettes.

I found Shelly Sarver designs on social media, and was immediately blown away by her stunningly beautiful, creative and unique floral designs! Then I met her in person, and our design meeting was probably the most fun meeting I've had planning our wedding.
Shelly actually designed florals for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding, and both designs were so unique and different! What beautiful flowers and a wonderful experience! I ordered some flowers online from Shelly Sarver Desigms and they were delivered next day to very happy parents. Love the flowers and design. I was also very pleased with how large this "small bouquet" was. What a value! I would highly recommend Shelly Sarver Designs and will definitely order from them again.

As a wedding photographer, I have been working with Shelly for years. Her work is truly stunning. She has a sense of creativity that embodies the life of flower. She deeply understands how flowers move, what compliments them, and which flowers will compliment a bride. She has done an incredible job of capturing the wishes of clients and then overdelivering on her arrangements and designs. Shelly was an absolute joy to work with! Shelly designed the bouquets, flower crown, floating floral hoops, and floral arch for our wedding in September. She exceeded every single hope I had for each piece! Somehow, she was able to not only understand my ideas, but bring them to life beautifully. Shelly is the best. Every time I see her arrangements I am in love and my wedding was no different. My bouquet was truly a work of art. She also creating the most amazing hanging piece for our ceremony and head table. I was able to meet with her twice before the wedding and just left the rest to her!
