They Go out of their way to help! Even travelled up to Shelby and Muskegon to assist!
Maria is the owner and she attends the big Tax Forums every year...so besides her 20 plus years of knowledge and experience she knows her stuff! Honestly I think that the walk ins can be overwhelming but her staff does their best to help. You'll see her daughters there also! Nice ladies!
Businesses can go through roller coasters but I've never seen them not be there! You can give them a call but I've learned that TEXTING or EMAILING them your name number and concern is quicker. They speak both

THIS IS THEEE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE ANY PERSON SHOULD EVER SET FOOT IN!! Just because I can’t give zero stars otherwise I would.. I don’t even do my taxes here and just by going in there raised RED FLAGS . I went to accompany my boyfriend They not only put wrong information but the 1040 was completely off ,wrong names and numbers everywhere!! which According to “Ms. Lopez” it’s not a big deal but that’s not what the actual PROFESSIONALS (IRS & other tax preparers stated ) ....we waited 3!!!!! HOURS just to get told NONSENSE! Outta her mouth...save yourself the hassle and waisting

My experience with this office was horrible. In none of the time I spent in this office getting my taxes done. I was never told that it will take 2 or more weeks to get my tax return. All of the other office that I went too, They we're right on the date. Do not file your taxes here. On top of all I got charge $40.00 for E-file to get my tax return. Go elsewhere people.. Update I called the IRS and they said that they don't know why tax prep are charging us to get our tax return in two weeks when it can take more than two weeks. I was charged $120.00 to get them in 2 weeks, And my taxes are taking
