I didn’t know who to go to too file my taxes late (I missed the deadline and extended deadline) so my mom and stepfather told me to reach out Mariposa Tax services. They said I can do everything online. I uploaded all my documents from my phone and communicated through email. Barry helped me out and was very professional, and responded quite quickly, and walked me through everything. It was very easy. And the whole process took about a week and a half (including receiving my refunds). I also received both my refunds on the same day 2 days before the actual deposit date. I was very happy and thankful

My husband and I have been going to Mariposa for 3 years now. Barry at Mariposa is awesome. He was super patient when I had to call my old mortgage company to get more tax info so we can maximize our return. We are newly married and had a lot of questions about how to file and W4s and our new plug in hybrid car tax credit. He had knowledgeable and clear answers for us. The staff here is so helpful, responsible, and professional. They do much more than tax preparation. I work at a non-profit with very low-income clients, and Mariposa has shown me that they are a reliable resource in the community for people who otherwise don't have easy access to copying, faxing, etc. I'd highly recommend them, especially Rosa!

The principals at Mariposa have been doing our personal taxes for over 15 years and now we have more complicated taxes as we have two small business as well...they continue to excel in providing us with exceptional service and their attention to detail is wonderful. I highly recommend them. They also provide passport picture assistance, which we have used through them as well. It's good to now know them by name, a true staple in Hollister!!!

Excellent local business! Very nice to have the original owners, Barry and Sofia back in town. I have had my taxes done here in the past. And am very happy to have them back.
