The Matos team is the best in the business in the Berks and Chester County area. I had a mid-sized farm tractor stuck in a pond and they were able to recover the vehicle without issue. This was not an easy job and they arrived on site with multiple options to make sure they could get the job done. The team was very professional, experts at what they do, and one of the most friendly bunch around! I highly recommend Matos for your towing and recovery needs!

Took my car here for inspection- paid $60.00 to be told that inspection passed but my emission couldn't read on monitor- "was told to put more miles on it"-went back three times- no success and no stickers. Took it to dealership and emissions passed on the first try. When they went over the inspection they showed me that my brakes and rotors were horrible and all needed to be replaced. SO not only did Matos take my $60 for nothing- they also never informed me that my brakes were bad and let me drive away 3 times. NEVER going back there!!!!

Worst. Not my first experience. Literally outside watching to see who they are going to tow and it happens to be me. I yell at the dude before he even puts the strap on and he ignores me. I’m about 6 cars away. Continued to put strap on then tells me it’s 55 to take it off. Problem 1. Problem 2 after going back and fourth. Tells me I have 15 min to find cash because they don’t take electronic payments. Can we all say neighborhood thief’s?

Stranded in the dark and no towing company available on a Saturday night. I came across Matos Towing and in less then a minute the dispatcher send the call and Christian got in contact with me. I was home in less than 1 hour. Thank you so much. Will keep this number for future reference.

I've had car repairs at Matos, great service, done right, the first time and they were fast, the mechanic only worked on my car, took no breaks, went above and beyond, and they were $105.00 LESS than another garage for the same job...Matos did my job the next day, the other place had a 2 week wait for an appointment. A friend recommended Matos's to me, and I am extremely grateful. I'll only use Matos's....

They aren’t courteous drivers.
Purposely cutting off drivers to avoid a long line of traffic on Lancaster Ave. Left lane backs up for getting on the bypass however they are above waiting like everyone else does and just cuts those off waiting. Apparently turn signals don’t come equipped on tow trucks or their drivers are just to lazy to use them. 🙄
Dash cam proof of all of this is available...... 🎥

Completely unprofessional business. I mistakenly parked in a towing area and as I was coming out to my vehicle they had the cable hooked up to my truck. It was not yet on the tow truck and it had not moved whatsoever. I apologized and said I would gladly move the vehicle and there was no reason to tow me. They refused to remove the cable unless I… paid them $50. There was a guy next to me that was in the same situation but they actually had part of his vehicle on the truck. Apparently the other guy knows someone that works at the company and they let him go without paying a cent. I was aware
