I scheduled an eye appointment with the Live Oak facility over a year ago (2021). I took sick time from work only to get to the facility and read a note posted on the door that the office was closed due to staffing issues. That's understandable, BUT I was not contacted at all - no text, email, call, or letter. I called the office and it was confirmed that they did NOT contact me. My appointment was scheduled for 2/3/22. They can't get me in until April! Bad business!

First of all we weren't told that the Live Oak office was closed and that we had to go to the Lake City office. So after we found a ride to Lake City for our 3:00 and 3:15 appointments in the afternoon we were finally seen by the eye Dr. 2 hours later. The eye Dr. was wonderful, along with the staff. I want to say we only had to wait that long because the other eye Dr. was out, and the one that seen us was covering for him, plus the Live Oak office patients. So I'm sure it's usually not that long of a wait. The only other thing was because it was so late in the evening, I felt pressured to pick

Best vision care providers ever! The entire staff were excellent! I was seen by Dr. Stephanie Row. She was amazingly thorough compared to my eye exams from previous years at other offices. The technicians are top notch & are truly there to help you! My mother was seen by Dr. Julie Owens. She showed extraordinary patience & compassion as she examined the 87 year youngster! This experience was worth the wait...you can't rush excellence! Kudos to you ALL! P.S. Shannon girl, you ROCK!

I want to give 5 stars but I'm a little upset. I talked to the new manager about the scratches on my glasses. She says the other staff didn't make it scratch resistant (which I paid for) and to put my name and number on a paper and she would get back to me. 2 months later I still haven't heard anything and my scratched glasses are starting to bother my eyes and make me have headaches but I have another year to go before I can get new glasses.

My fiancé had a great experience with Dr. Overholt for the exam and the general staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful when we came in from the exam to chosing his glasses. He requires safety glasses for his job and while the process of ordering was easy HOWEVER it took OVER two months to receive them.
Anytime myself or him called the front desk staff said they would check with the lab manager Shannon and also said she would call us back personally. No call back and anytime we called to talk to her to see if they were ready or talk to her she was “not in” ...very frustrating as he NEEDS

I had my eyes checked and glasses made at this location years ago. The eye exam went smoothly and the doctor was great, but the rest of the staff was another story. I had an issue with my glasses that resulted in me at a loss. Since several years have passed I decided to try to schedule an appointment hoping the service may have improved. This place never answers the phone or returns voicemails. Guess that answers my question.

North Florida Eye Care has been my doctors for 20 years. I have been out of the state for 5 month and need a treatment for my eyes. They were so very helpful courteous and just wonderful with the 6 hour time difference.
I am so thrilled to have been a patient of doctors Ron Foreman and now a wonderful Dr. Overholt and the wonderful Dr. Owen's.

This is my first and only review I've wrote, this place is not good at all! It was absolute chaos while I was there. I finally saw the doctor an hour after my appointment for a whole maybe 3 minutes. My wife got glasses from them, first they never bothered to call to tell her they were ready, then the lenses cracked not even 2 weeks after she got them. They told her they ordered some to replace them but every time she calls they say they will call her back which does not happen. This all happened in January, now its March and she has a glasses that we paid good money for with cracks in the lenses
