We had a great experience with Backyark Amusements. About 4 weeks before the event, I went online to check what was available and then called in to make the reservation. Someone immediately picked up and was done making the reservation in about 5 mins. I got a couple e-mail updates leading up the event and on the day of the inflatable arrived a few hours before the events so the kids were able to get a few hours of private use before their friends arrived which was a big win! The guys that came to setup were friendly and efficient, would def use again for future events!

As a Resident Services Coordinator at a residential property in Annapolis, MD, I would recommend Backyard Amusements to ANYONE who asks "how do I get those inflatables at an event I want to have?". I have used this business for the last 5 yrs for my National Night Out and every single time the Director of Operations Ms. Khristen has always been a professional, has helped me make great choices for the property and for the amount of money I would like to spend at that particular time. Wow this Company is very professional , I definitely recommend they call a day before to confirm ,They was on time , very nice & helpful when delivered. My son turnt 4 it was his First birthday party and it turnt out amazing a day to remember the kids love this Water slide , I also had it an hour extra lol and it was worth it !! Backyard Amusements has amazing customer service! I needed to adjust the date and time of my party TWICE at the last minute and they were more than accomodating to their best ability. Their staff was extremely friendly and the kids had the best time ever! I definitely recommend using their services as we were completely satisfied with our booking!
