After researching with other vendors we were glad we made the decision to go with Moon Bounce Galaxy. The service was friendly and efficient (equipment showed up on time and required almost no involvement from us), bounce house was high quality, and it was great we could get everything else we needed in one place (tables, chairs, EZ-up tents etc). Would definitely use them again in the future!

Fantastic company to work with. I have booked moon bounces for two separate events. Owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. I was anxious about weather conditions on both occasions and the owner made it clear that customer satisfaction was his number one priority. Policies regarding the need to reschedule are very reasonable and clear. Staff who came to set up the moon bounce were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would definitely book with them again.

Needed a moon bounce last minute for school event after last minute cancellation. I called after 5:30 and spoke with the owner. And after hearing my requirements he told me he takecare of it and just go on the website and complete the request with the details and 2hrs later it was a done deal and next day delievery and set up as promised. Service was great the obstacle course was a big hit...Thanks again

First time using moon bounce for a birthday party and could not have been happier. Great customer service, great price and friendly staff. Shout out to the delivery crew who saw my father sweeping the garage and they took it upon themselves to use the leave blower to make the job a lot quicker. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bounce house.

It is such a great experience we had with moon bounce rentals yesterday.Ali and his friend who came to setup are very professional and very kind. They came early to set up before the birthday party. We had a great experience with this company! They were so efficient - they set up the moon bounce within 15 minutes and came prepared with the necessary power cords. The customer service was also really good - I needed recommendations for an appropriate moon bounce for several age groups and the representative on the phone suggested the perfect option. I will definitely be using them again for future parties and would highly recommend this company!

Amazing company!! Showed up way before party started. Got the perfect set up done for our bouncy house. The bouncy house slide was an amazing hit for our kids party. The gentleman that came to set up were kind, quick and super helpful. The team that came to pick up the slide later in day came and went! At the time of purchase I called in to the company and the purchase of the rental was also super easy. I would use this company for every kid event! They also have amazing prices compared to other companies I searched for with the same product. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!!

I recently contacted Moon Bounce Galaxy last minute for a water slide rental. I am not sure who I spoke to but he was so helpful and amazing and was able to get me a rental on short notice. I frequently have to contact offices for last minute help and this experience was by far the best one I have. Will be sure update my post once we host the party next week.
