Samantha is a top notch Property Manager! She made the impossible- possible in less than 2 days! She’s such a beautiful person with a genuine concern about her prospective tenants! She got us in an apt ASAP and got us upgraded! She will do whatever it takes to help you and get you what you need! The apartments are beautiful and best price you can find in New Braunfels!! After new management these apartment complexes are on the turnaround I made a request last night at 1 o’clock because my refrigerator had stop working and I was immediately called the next day. The new manager made sure to have somebody go out there right after the phone call and my Refrigerator is now back running the fast response saved a lot of groceries from going bad. very happy with new management

This place deserves 0 STARS! DO NOT RENT HERE! My friend and her family have been moved in since January this year, their dishwasher has been broken since they moved in. Their sink disposal has been broken since MARCH! They have put in SEVERAL maintenance requests since then for these issues and all they have gotten is BS delays and absolutely no intentions of anyone coming to repair it. No one deserves to live like that and pay over $1200 in rent for it! The sink is filled with dirty food water that they had to cover with a towel because they have NO other way of getting rid of it. I would not recommend this apartment. The staff were terrible at communication. They never respond to emails and during covid the office was closed, so email was the only way to get ahold of the office. I lived their during covid, and all amenities that we paid for were closed. We never received a refund, or discounted rent. We also had mold in our air vents, and no one came to fix it until we threatened to sue. When we moved out, there was still mold in the vents, the problem was never fixed. Lastly, when we moved into the apartment it was a disaster. There was paint splatters all over the floor

Worse service ever. I have had a water-hose running through my apartment for a week due to a leak on the apartment ends of some back up in the pipelines and it flooded my sons room who has asthma and it smells of mold and dirty wet water!!!!! They have no idea what to do nor can they be much of help besides saying just vacuum up the water if it spills out and then left us a fan to help try and dry it all up!!!!! all we have been told is eventually it will get done but they can not give us a date of when it will be fixed and refuse to replace the damn wet carpet and said they will send a steam

The move in process was absolutely atrocious. At this point nothing will change my mind. The dryer we paid for on day one didn't show up till 8 days AFTER we moved in. We called daily (no answer 90% of the time) and was consistently told "Tomorrow, we promise" "That's our bad, it'll be there tomorrow". When I asked about the refund for the 8 days we didn't receive our dryer but still paid a prorated rent on we were told twice "The manager will give you a call tomorrow" or "I promise we'll call with an update first thing". I moved into Stonehaven Apts in June 2019 w a short term 6 mo lease while waiting for a new home to be built. Plans changed, but bought another new build that required an additional 5 weeks stay. The office staff was great about helping me out. There are 3 women employees in the office & all have been very nice & helpful the whole time. The maintenance staff have been great about helping me out. I'm on the 2nd flr of 3 stories & my upstairs neighbor was a bit noisy w walking but we talked about it & a bit of noise is unavoidable in apt living. I'd say if we want

These are great apartments. My family has been living here for almost three years, and we have been very happy. The staff is super helpful and makes sure any issues that come up are taken care of immediately. Maintenance is great and very responsive. The location is fantastic as it is close to schools, parks, entertainment and shopping. Would definitely recommend these apartments

I love how spacious our apartment is. The tall ceilings make it feel like we're in a home instead of an apartment. The grounds are kept up very well and the staff is very nice and accommodating. I really like the trash pick up, I think that's a very nice touch. The grounds are kept up and we love the pool and workout facility. So far so good! We're very happy here.

The staff is amazing and so supportive and responsive. They are always willing to help in any way they can. The grounds are kept so clean and maintenance is on top of any issues with the apartment. The complex is in a great neighborhood which is close to all the conveniences like schools, parks, stores, and just a couple miles from I35 for commuting to work. So glad I found this place! Thanks for being so awesome guys!

We have lived here since last July and we do enjoy it for the most part. The only thing that I would caution prospective renters about is the constant noise. It seems like this complex would be quiet because it is in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. However, the street it's on is adjacent to a street with 3(!!) elementary schools on it, one of which is pretty much right next to the complex itself. LEASING MANAGER AMBER TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE PERSON DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!
I am unfortunate to be guarantor for friends at this place and today was treated in a way that was totally unacceptable by the 'so-called Leasing Manager Amber'. I am the guarantor of a property for some friends who needed some help in life. Got them a nice apartment and everything was great. Georgia and Matt are awesome. The girl on the Lease called Julia had an emergency with her baby back in Wisconsin who was hospitalized and she had to leave. I called in to explain and pay the rent on Saturday and

I had an extremely poor experience with the staff at Waterford Place. When my husband and I arrived for our pre-scheduled appointment, an individual (not sure her role) informed us no leasing agents were there, as they had all left for the day, despite knowing full well about our appointment. She tried texting and calling the leasing agents, however no one answered or returned her calls/texts. We were never contacted by a leasing agent again. I have to agree with Lotzo.
The new management here is not accommodating whatsoever. In addition to the "normal" things you have to put up with when renting from a Greystar apartment (like rule changes and limitations on what can be on you own porch, for example) the new staff has been very rude. The few times I have asked for assistance I was met with a rude tone, and no resolution for my issue.
Sure, the apartments are okay, and the rent is comparable to other apartments in New Braunfels, but I would not recommend this place, or any Greystar apartment for that matter.

This is a nice place to live and the rates are decent. The only thing I don't care for is the office staff. The new manager is very rude. One minute she's nice and the next time you see her she's short tempered and rude. I miss Justin the previous manager. I believe she is the reason Shannon left. She was awesome. The new leasing agent is nice but doesn't seem to have much of a personality. The assistant is blah. She has a very fake smile. love the maintenance team. They are very proficient in getting my issues addressed. Justin and Shannon were great members to this team

From the Staff to the actual Building. This Property definitely allows you to have your cake and eat it too. The New Leasing Agent Amador was extremely informative. I liked that my tour wasn't scripted. It was really impromptu. He made me laugh and It felt like we were friends. That's why I love it!!!
