I can’t recommend Landmark enough! The staff is great, the building is great, the residents are great, the amenities are great, it’s a GREAT place to live! They host fun resident events all the time. There is a super badass pool and amazing spa area. There is a really cool vibe and everyone is very respectful of each other, a real community! I love living here!! Highly recommend!! (If you can be cool and don’t mess it up for everyone else!)

This has been by far the best place that I have called home in a long time. Not only is the building and living space amazing, but the staff have been great, quick to respond on any issues, and kind/friendly throughout my stay. The amenities have been great and were recently improved, and the other tenants have been great as well. It will be bittersweet to move on, but I have had a great time living at the Landmark, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the area.

The Landmark Lofts building is simply awesome! But the management is the worst!! We pay $3200 per month, and you can't count on the heat in the winter or the AC in the summer! The management staff speak to you as if you are ignorant. Within 6 months I had submitted 30+ work orders, and you reach a point "why bother"?? I went to turn in the 60 day notice (through July) and discovered during that conversation they had leased our apartment to another individual starting 15 June. We now have less than two weeks, including a holiday weekend, to locate a new monthly lease and move

If you're looking for a place to call home then look no further. After living here for over 5 years, I can say there is no other apartment complex like it in town. The unique industrial building, location and amenities are just a few of the amazing perks in living here. What I love most are the staff and the residents. First the office staff and maintenance team work very hard to make sure you feel right at home. They treat you like family which is amazing. If you need assistance Megan and Sara are very helpful. I love living here! My loft has an amazing view, and my dog loves the park and watching the ducks and squirrels that run around. The girls in the leasing office and the maintenance crew are amazing as well! There’s coffee every morning and fun events for residents too. I’ve had so much fun meeting all my neighbors in the building, and it’s a great community to live in overall. I love how close the farmers market is too and all the cool new restaurants downtown!

Don't let the high ceilings and exposed brick fool you. This place is a musty, leaking, poorly managed and poorly operated business. I found this place online as I was living in California at the time and preparing to move to NB,TX for nursing school. My boyfriend and I flew down to check it out and the only reason we chose is because they had a short term furnished apartment available. The office people sent a photo from the apartment above what was to be ours of the nice blue river when I inquired about the view. When we arrived it was a totally different view. This place is the only reason I sold and rented! It really is all about the lifestyle. My views are staggering and I love walking downtown - bars, restaurants, even friends houses are just steps away. The address makes it great but the staff makes it home. I can spend all day on property and be satisfied - walking my dog, chatting with neighbors, or relaxing on the terrace. Don't hesitate to join us, you'll be glad you did!

Living in the Landmark is unique and never gets dull.... from running the park, walking downtown for dinner, grabbing a drink with friends, jumping in the river, hiking panther Canyon, walking to Wurstfest or playing a round of golf. Living here has something for everyone!

This building is awesome! Yes, you sometimes hear your neighbors, but what do you expect with a 100 year-old building that wasn't intended for residential living? It's still freaking cool, and I think they did a great job with the conversion. The spa and fitness center are cool, and the river being right outside the window is LIT!

There are many apartment complexes in New Braunfels that appreciate good tenants and employ great staff. This is not one of them. The owners have a big city attitude with a fixation on their bottom line as priority over everything else. The staff will treat you with utmost attention while you preview the property. Finding the best property that continues to care for the reasonable safety and well being of their tenants after the lease is signed is critical.

We have lived here for 10 months now and love it! The place is amazing and the staff here is very accommodating to your needs. They are always very responsive and helpful when you need something done. We have not had any issues with this place. The sound in the lofts building is a bit of a problem, but we have adjusted to it. We realize that this is a historical building and we here are building codes that they have to abide by. So sound will be an issue there, if you want something more quiet move to the apartments outside the main building which are very nice too. We have no problems with this

I had been a resident for 2 year and had never been a "problem tenate" but one phone call about maintenance requests apparently made me one. I went from being treated like a human being to delinquent.
Now I may be 25 and young but I paid my rent on time, never had a noise complaint and tried to refer

Current residents praying to be let out of our lease due to water leaks and safety concerns. We have experienced 3 incidents of the upstairs neighbor overloading the washer causing the tub to drain and soak our new mattress with water. Insurance paid for the first time and partially for the second but not enough to purchase another mattress. Even though the machines are owned by the apartments we were told they are not responsible. We had rain pouring in from the ceiling on 4 occasions with promises that it would be fixed. The last "fix" resulted in the water being diverted to another

The pool has been this cloudy green color for WEEKS. They claim there's a "leak" but are still letting residents swim in the pool. I googled it...pools turn green when there is algae and bacteria growing in the water. It turns cloudy due to PEE. Like just shut down the pool and fix it. It's seriously gross to look at.

I love living here. There are so many great amenities even if I don't use all of them. They have a dog spa, salon and spa, attorneys, health, fitness, etc. The landscaping and pools are tranquil with the ducks, geese, and turtles walking and waddling around. It's an older building. So, naturally there are some things that will go wrong from time to time, but overall, I enjoy it.

First of all everyone complains about the noise in the lofts. Something that is discussed in the initial walk through. Come on people the building is steel and cement, sound travels and you were told about the noise when you moved in. One problem is that people don't properly decorate their apartments with rugs and wall decor so that the sound doesn't echo as bad. I never hear anything or have any noise complaints for myself. They are pricy as they should be. It's a very unique place to live for new braunfels. Landa park , wurstfest, bars, and restaurants are all a very short walk
